The oversized island has plenty of room for you to prep your meals while the other guests sit around the island sipping on their favorite cocktail.

Down the hall you will find the guest bedroom, here you will find a queen-size bed, flat screen TV, ceiling fan and enough space for all your clothes. In the hallway between the bedrooms is a brand-new full size stackable washer and dryer for your convenience.
At Paradise Palms we also have the ideal little studio apartment on the lower level, it is the perfect place for your teenage children or grandparents. This quaint little space has a stylish queen size sleeper sofa, full size bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a little kitchenette with a beverage cooler.
To access the studio apartment, you must go outside to the lower level by the pool area. The studio apartment is rented along with the main house; IT DOES NOT GET RENTED BY ITSELF. At Paradise Palms you will bask in the gorgeous Florida weather and spend wonderful family time in the backyard swimming in the majestic pool. THE POOL IS NOT HEATED.
This property does have a ring doorbell and ring camera in the backyard for added security.
