Enjoy intimate dinners prepared in your fully equipped kitchen or make use of the grill by the pool and cook up a fresh-caught meal. There are lots of beautiful sunsets, making dining on the lanai a wonderful evening experience.

The living area is tastefully decorated. It's the perfect place for everyone to watch movies on the flat-screen TV, play board games, read a book, or for quiet contemplation. The master bedroom's restful decor will ensure a great night's rest on the king-size bed, but also has a Smart flat-screen TV should you be looking for a late-night program. The master bathroom has a walk-in shower with his and her sinks. The guest bedroom has a queen bed, and the other guest bedroom has bunkbeds - one twin and one double with an added twin trundle bed, sleeping 4 comfortably, and also has Smart flat screen TV's.

The living area couch is a queen-sized sleeper. Find a full-size washer and dryer for your use. The heated pool offers a place for enjoying our sun-filled days swimming, or to relax after a day on Fort Myers Beach! Ideally located, you can also take off north to Times Square or travel south by trolley to Lover's Key Beach. Seven miles of beautiful coastline, shops, restaurants and all the activities the island has to offer await you here in Fort Myers Beach! No matter where you are, there are plenty of water sports located right on the beach; like fishing excursions or rent a boat for the day and go out on your own! Sanibel outlet mall is only a 15-minute drive. Don't forget, if you're looking for a thrill, take the Sea Racer and experience some amazing sightseeing with our friends in town! Perfect location

Amazing home at the beach!

This property was just great! Fully equipped in the house and all you can need for a trip to the beach or a day in the pool. Great location that is walkable to the beach and town center.

Beautiful Home

Beautiful and clean property, pool is great as it gets afternoon sun. .3 mile walk to the end of the street, then cross and you’re at the beach. 2 doors from the end of the street, kids can walk over and fish if they desire.

Everything was great! I used to come to fort Myers beach every 6 months for 30 years and loved it all! This place is wonderful. A great place for a family to spend their vacation.

Great Stay

We had a great stay. Unfortunately it rained most of the time we were there but the house was so nice. The pool was absolutely love for the days we got to use it. The pool area was so nice and so beautiful. The beach was a short walk and easy to get to. I would highly this house.

Great place!

Gorgeous home & close to beach. Loved just about everything. Patio/pool area was amazing!! Home could’ve used a better cleaning. We had a few hiccups but management was quick to help. I’d stay here again - it was a really good vacation.

Wonderful getaway!

We have stayed in many homes in the area and this by far was one of the best. Decent location. The house is beautiful and the pool was amazing. We had everything we needed. Perfect place for a girl’s trip!

Great Place

We enjoyed our stay. The house and the amenities were amazing. We could have spent our whole week on the patio and in the pool. It was very accommodating for kids. They enjoyed the puzzels and games during the evenings. The short walk to the beach is made much easier with the available carts and all the pool and beach toys were just a big huge bonus we even added a few before leaving.

Super nice property. Great location, walking distance to everything. Pool was a perfect spot to relax. The house was supplied well with coffee, towels, shampoo, even a wagon and beach chairs. Perfect since we flew in and brought minimal stuff.

Great Family Vacation home

We so enjoyed our stay! the house was well stocked, even with toys for toddlers and beach equipment. The beach was a short walk (5-7 minutes). And while the home was in a residential area, it was easy to walk to restaurants (about 15-20 minutes) in downtown Ft. Myers Beach. The community is still recovering from Hurricane Ian, but we were pleased with how much progress had been made.

Excellent property

We loved this house! So did our kids and our dog- very pup friendly! We were there for a baseball tournament and My husband & I, a fellow team Mom- our two boys and their teammate loved the house & it was a quick 10 minute walk to the beach. The house was very clean and newly decorated. The kitchen was well stocked.

Very relaxing and well thought out vacation home.

This house had all the amenities needed for an enjoyable stay. Pool was great and the outdoor area very relaxing and spacious. Had a few questions prior to arrival and was given a timely response. Easy check in/out process. Rooms are great for a family of 4 with plenty of room for 2 more. Beds are comfortable and decor was welcoming. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Good Location Very Clean

Good location! We could walk to beach within 10-15 minutes as well as up to restaurants and shops. Street was nice and quiet. House was clean and more than enough dishes, pots/pans, utensils. Pool was great to relax in after day at beach and keep a very active 14 year old busy!

Perfect House & Perfect Location

Our stay here was absolutely perfect! The property was beautiful and the owners, Scott and Leslie, were extremely nice and quick to respond to any questions/inquiries. The house came equipped with everything we could have possibly needed/wanted and the pool was perfect for our family, including our 2 yr old daughter. The beach was a short walk away, with a public access point on the opposite end of the street. We will definitely be staying here again on our next family vacation to Fort Myers Beach!

Perfect family home

We really loved this house. The kids loved the pool. We have 4 kids, one a non swimmer, so we greatly appreciated the pool alarm. Complementary snacks and coffee, extra paper towels and thoughtful touches throughout the property. We would definitely come back.

Beautiful clean stay

We booked this house for my family (4) and my daughters family w her 6 month old and it was absolutely perfect! This house had every amenity we needed-from coffee and sugar to paper towels and soaps - it was probably the most thoughtful Vrbo I’ve stayed in. We were able to get an early checkin and late checkout so we could take full advantage. The walk to the beach was about 3 blocks and it was an easy walk to Times Square. Everything was spotless and very comfortable. Highly recommend!

Great house, great location.

My husband & I come down for the Roy Hobbs World Series, with 30ish of our friends. We’ve been down 9 times together and always stay in a home. We really appreciated all of the amenities that this house had to offer and the starter packs from the management company. The house was as expected from the listing, very clean, nicely decorated, everything was in good condition. We loved the pool and patio area and the fact that we could bring our pups! We would stay here again and recommend the house as well as an property managed by this management company, everything was smooth & easy, great communication.

Minutes from the beach.

Property is like new and very well done. Had everything we hoped for and more. There is plenty of beach chairs and a beach wagon to help you along your peaceful walk to the beach. The bunk beds had a surprise that made it even better. The lower base board is a trundle bed. So that rooms sleeps 4 teens! Everything was super clean and plenty of beach and bath towels. Only recommendation would be to have First Aid kit in the home.—-Fantastic place-Thank you team!

It's a Beautiful home ! ! We loved the home decor, we felt right at home. The bed in the master suite is super comfortable. The bathrooms are lovely. The kitchen was perfect for us. I The pool area is so nice and has several seating areas to enjoy. It was great having a fenced in yard for our small dog to lay in the sun, while we drank our morning coffee and had cinnamon rolls. The owners have bikes and beach items you can use.. We didn't need them during our stay. Maybe next time :) We loved having the hose to wash off us and Twiggie after our walks on the beach! The beach was only about 5 min walk to the beach for us. We are really missing our long morning and evening walks on the beach. The owners have games and books, if you need a break from the beach.. ha ha We loved the house and really enjoyed our stay !! Coastal Vacations was so nice, answering all our questions before and during our stay!

Good location, great kitchen, super clean

We stayed at this property for 4 nights in July 2022 with 7 adults and an 8 year old. We are a close family so the house was a good size for everyone. The outdoor space allows for you to spread out as well as the pullout couch allowed for ample sleeping arrangements. 2 of us are very early risers, so it was easy be on the pullout and not disturb the others in the rooms. I will say the house is a little farther from the beach than I expected, not terrible, but definitely a 10 minute walk pulling the wagon with all our beach goodies. The kitchen is well stocked, plenty of room in the fridge and lots of counter space, we actually only ate out 1 night while we were there. The grill was a little on the worn side and only 1 burner would work, so that made for a long afternoon of cooking on it, I did email the property management and they assured it would be fixed for the next guest (we had no more plans of using it during our stay). I have to commend the cleaning crew, as the house was spotless upon arrival. We had our little pug with us and the tile floors were great for her to cool off on! All in all, I would stay here again, everything was top notch and the professionalism of the management company was outstanding. Highly recommend!
