Welcome to Changes in Latitudes. This beautiful four-bedroom home features an open floor plan with high end finishes. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances and a wall of storage cabinets. Plenty of space for groceries. Gather for a delicious meal at the dining table that seats eight with additional seating for four at the kitchen bar. The patio door off the living room leads to a screened in patio with a stunning heated pool. The pool features a large tanning ledge and spill over spa. Don’t miss your favorite game while enjoying the outdoors, an outdoor TV is centered around a cozy seating area next to an additional dining table. Completing the back patio guests will find the washer and dryer, a grill, and beach accessories. The primary bedroom features a king bed with an attached bathroom and walk-in shower. Two of the guest bedrooms offer queen beds with the third guest room featuring a twin-over-full bunk bed. The guest bathroom also has a walk-in shower. Welcome to Fort Myers Beach! There are multiple state parks nearby that are waiting for your adventures. Jump on the trolley to take you south to the secluded Lover's Key State Park or go north to Bowditch Point Park. The Fish Tale Marina offers boat rentals and dockage for those wanting to get out on the water. Travel around the island in style in a rented Moke or golf cart. Trolley service is also available from Estero Boulevard to the Times Square area, the central hub of Fort Myers Beach. Several restaurants, shops, and bars have come back since the hurricane. If a day trip is what you are looking for check out the Key West Express for an unforgettable trip to Key West. Don’t forget to see Sanibel Lighthouse which is less than 15 miles away! Please note that the area is currently rebuilding after Hurricane Ian. Despite the changes, the island continues to get better and better, inviting you to bask in the sun, sand, and amazing sunsets once again. Amazing stay

We couldn’t have asked for a better place. The house was amazing and very clean. It was spacious and had all the amenities needed. The pool was sooo great! Our kids as well as adults enjoyed it everyday!! The beach was just a short walk and bbq was great! Definitely recommend it to anyone looking! Thank you SunPalace Vacations!

Beautiful house

We had a great stay in this house. Newly updated with 4 bedrooms. The pool area is absolutely beautiful and we spent a lot of time enjoying it. 2 full bathrooms were small but updated and nice and we loved having the outdoor shower to use. Were able to do some cooking in the kitchen- finding everything we needed. We were a quick/short walk to the beach so great location and saw some beautiful sunsets. Loved having the bikes and rode around the cute neighborhood. Unfortunately, Fort Meyers Beach is still very much rebuilding and under construction and we weren’t aware it was to that degree three years after the hurricane that hit. Also the gulf water there is not clear blue, which we also didn’t know.

We had an absolutely exceptional stay at this Fort Myers Beach home and cannot recommend it highly enough. The house itself is spacious, beautifully maintained, and perfect for families or groups, with four comfortable bedrooms that provided plenty of room for everyone to relax and unwind. Every space felt thoughtfully designed, welcoming, and spotlessly clean, which immediately set the tone for a wonderful vacation.One of the highlights of our stay was the outdoor area. The pool and hot tub were fantastic—clean, well-maintained, and perfect for both daytime lounging and relaxing evenings after the beach. It truly felt like a private oasis. Having these amenities made our stay feel luxurious and gave us the option to enjoy the outdoors without even leaving the property.The full kitchen was another standout feature. It was well-equipped with everything we needed to prepare meals, whether it was a quick breakfast before heading out or a full family dinner. Having a kitchen this functional made our stay incredibly convenient and comfortable, especially for a longer visit.The location of the house is excellent. Being so close to the beach, restaurants, and local attractions made it easy to enjoy everything Fort Myers Beach has to offer without long drives or hassle. We were especially grateful for the beach chairs and umbrella provided—such a thoughtful touch that made our beach days effortless and enjoyable.

Nice newly renovated home that easily accommodated 6 of us with all the necessary amenities. Some games or magazines would be great. We had some challenges with the pool /hot tub as the pool person came in the middle of our weekend stay and we needed to stay out of the water for a few hours which was inconvenient but otherwise all was great and Kathy even accommodate
