We're back and better than ever! You've had to put your vacation at the Beach on hold, we are ready for you now! While our rental homes may look a little different, yards may not be as lush as Fort Myers Beach rebuilds, we can tell you that all our homes that have been either renovated or rebuilt and have been inspected thoroughly to meet your needs. When choosing your home, please be sure to read the descriptions carefully.
Just a short 3 minute walk from our sunny white sugar sand beach this newly decorated 3 bedroom 2 bath home now has a brand new sparkling pool. After a fun day on the beach you can come home and take a refreshing dip in the pool, toss some burgers on the grill, and relax by the pool. The pool area is complete with TV and refrigerator to keep all your beverages and grilling items cold. Inside, Happy Daze offers a very comfortable living room, spacious dining room with seating for everyone, and a well equipped kitchen. The kitchen opens out to the pool area and a cute covered patio with a table for 2.
There is a king master bedroom and the second bedroom has a queen bed, and you will find 2 twin beds in the third bedroom. One guest bath is just off the living room and a second bath just across from the king master and twin bedroom. The washer and dryer are conveniently located just off the kitchen.
There is lots of space for socializing, laughter and fun for the whole family here too! Enjoy a game of foosball under the covered patio on the side of the house, or get teams going for a game of slam dunk basketball or darts.

Beach amenities include a new outdoor shower for rinsing off salt and sand adjacent to the pool and front yard offers another patio for relaxing under stately oaks, reminiscent of old Florida charm and gracious living.
Lunch or dinner at Junkanoo or sunset dining at Fresh Catch Bistro on the beach is within walking distance too.

A rental agreement that is required to be signed, will be emailed to you at the time of booking and needs to complete within 24 hours of the time of booking the reservation.
Dogs are permitted in most but not all properties so please inquire before booking. Some units have age, size, and number of dog restrictions, never more than 2. If any pet not authorized is found in your unit or on the premises, you will be asked to vacate immediately with no refund of any payments. There is a non-refundable pet fee based on the size of the dog.
You must be at least Twenty-Five Years old (25yrs.) and occupy the unit for the entire time of the reservation. We do not rent to groups of singles under 25. The maximum occupancy of people over the age of Three years old (3 yrs.) is listed on the website for each unit and is strictly enforced. We reserve the right to determine the number of children under Twenty-one (21) years of age that may be accompanied with a parent or guardian.
Contactless Check-in. A signed rental agreement is required at the time of booking to confirm the reservation. You will receive your lock code and check in instructions in your guest portal and by email 7 days prior to your arrival. Please call with any questions. Check-in time is after 4:00 p.m. Please notify everyone in your party.
