Sink your toes into fluffy white sand! Just far enough from downtown to stay clear the noise but close enough to enjoy all that Fort Myers Beach has to offer. Enjoy a private, heated pool and the beach. A 3-min. walk will get you to the shore, accessible at the top of the street.

This property is great for families!!

Situated on a residential street, the second and third floors feature three bedrooms, including a primary suite (sleeps 6 comfortably). Downstairs is a mother-in-law suite with a bedroom for extra space and comfort.

Beautiful enclosed back backyard with a private pool and outdoor shower. Great balcony views of the canal. Bikes and beach equipment available for use. 7-11 & Publix within walking/biking distance. Fort Meyers Beach is known for slow-moving traffic, but do not stress. Nothing is not too far to hop on a bike or walk. Trolly and Tram information can be found here: https://www.fortmyersbeach.org/trolleyinfo/

Please Note: The reservation holder and at least one other guest must be a minimum of 25 years of age and must be an occupant during the entire reservation period. This is a quiet neighborhood. *** NO PARTIES OR EVENTS! ***

Christmas vacation

We arrived on Christmas Eve. Stayed until New Year’s Day. We had a wonderful family vacation. It’s a Beautiful spot. The owners answered any questions we had right away. The pool was warm and it’s a short walk to a beautiful beach.

Great location

Upon arrival the house was not as clean as normally expected, we had to clean the entire house on our first day of vacation and that wasn’t fun. The property is very close to the beach and we all loved that and the host answered all my questions in a timely manner and was very attentive.
