On the Coldwater Springs Golf course with 3 regulation and 1 practice cup putting green . Remote controlled heated pool. Conveniently located near shopping, restaurants, ball parks, and freeways.

Incredible vacation home. This was our second time staying here and we really love everything about it. The bedrooms are all really nice with comfortable mattresses, the kitchen is weak equipped and the backyard with pool is like a resort. The owners are very responsive. Highly recommend.

The house had everything you could possibly need. We fell in love with the reclining chairs in the living room. The kitchen had plenty of dishes and appliances. It was very clean and well stocked with towels and even pool toys/floaties. Everything was well maintained and beds/pillows were very comfy. The host was great and had excellent communication. The pool was comfortably heated and the spa was perfect and would heat to 104. We would highly recommend this house to anyone staying in the Avondale area.

This was the perfect place for our family to stay!

This really was the perfect house for our family to stay! It was spacious, modern and up-to-date, and our favorite area was the backyard! We used the pool and hot tub every day and the putting green was a bonus. The host was very responsive to any questions we had. I would highly recommend!

Perfect house for relaxing

We spent a week here and had a nice, relaxing time. We enjoyed spending time in the backyard with the fabulous, and warm, spa and pool! Even on the few days where the weather was a little cooler, we could still enjoy time outside and in the pool. House was well maintained and worked perfectly for our family.

Property was exactly as shown in pictures, many extras to make your stay comfortable (throw blankets, coolers, beach towels, k-cups). Everything was of good quality, clean, and well kept which made the stay extremely comfortable, we will be back!

We love this property! It just makes you feel good. The sound of the water falling from the spa. The entertainment of watching golfers without being bothered or even noticed. The built in gas grill has produced maybe the best grilling I’ve ever tasted. Comfortable beds. Well stocked with your needs considered in every way.
