la proximité de la plage, la belle vue sur la mer, la propriété était bien entretenue, ainsi que le parc arborisé

Location 248 favorable.
Résidence calme et bien entretenue que ce soit en extérieur ou intérieur. Appartement agréable avec comme atout une terrasse appréciable.
Problème que vous ne pouvez pas améliorer : route très bruyante. Impossible de dormir les fenêtres ouvertes.

Emplacement et location parfaite, propre et moderne, manque peut-être un grill Pain 😁 et une craie pour faire vivre les citations sur les ardoises, belle terrasse face à la mer, je recommande et n'hésiterai pas à y revenir
