Charming spacious property

We had a delightful time here. It was quite a walk to a swimming beach but once there it was very pleasant. The beds were comfortable and the outdoor area wonderful for our simple dining. There was plenty of parking for two cars and everything worked well ( we had a problem with one of the aircon units and it was replaced immediately. The pool was small and we didn’t use it. Overall a great holiday spot

Tolles empfehlenswertes Haus

Die schöne Unterkunft ist sehr geräumig und gut ausgestattet. Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die gesamte Anlage ist sehr sauber und ruhig gelegen. Mehrere Strände sind in Laufnähe. Wir haben den 3 wöchigen Urlaub sehr genossen und können es sehr empfehlen.

très bon séjour

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, notamment la terrasse extérieure avec son grand barbecue et son grand canapé d'exterieur que nous avons particuliérement appréciés. Le logement très propre, agencé avec goût et avec beaucoup de charme. De plus la plage de l'Ouille est facilement accessible à pied et fera votre bonheur si vous souhaitez observer des poissons. Seul petit bémol l'acces internet et 4G limité, malgré les efforts des propriétaires pour offrir un accès correct.

Très belle maison

Très belle maison, location parfaite, plage à 1 km a pied, très propre. Les propriétaires ainsi que Jeremy son très gentils. Le seul petit bémol c est qu il y a un malinois au domicile de Jeremy ce qui me faisait un un tressé car nous avons un petit chien. A part tout été parfait je pense que nous y retournerons l année prochaine.

Séjour très agréable en famille

Schöner großzügiger Ort

Wir haben uns im gut eingerichteten Haus und im Garten mit den schönen alten Bäumen und den vielen Pflanzen sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Nähe zum Strand zu Fuss in 2 Minuten war auch toll.

We spent a wonderful week in this nicely decorated and maintained property. We also rented the bigger house next to this at the same time and it was the perfect spot to spend time with family and friends.

Séjour en famille très apprécié

La maison de Marie-Claire est très propre et très agréable. Elle se situe réellement à 3 min d'une petite crique accessible facilement à pied, à 15 min à pied de la plage du Racou et à 5 min à pied d'une petite plage sur laquelle vous pouvez manger dans un petit restau très sympa : l'Imprévu. Vous êtes dans une zone naturelle protégée. C'est très agréable. C'est vrai qu'il y a un train qui passe dans cette belle zone protégée ... nous avons été contrariés en arrivant mais au final, ce train ne passe pas la nuit, juste en journée mais cela n'est pas dérangeant car c'est un train de marchandises donc il n'y en a pas toutes les 5 minutes ! et la journée, nous ne sommes pas beaucoup restés dans la maison au final... plutôt plages, balades dans Collioure, dans Argeles, Port Vendre, Banyuls, l'Espagne, les tapas, la sangria, les vacances au soleil quoi ! Merci Marie-Claire et merci aussi à Jérémy qui est aux petits soins.

Super location à l'écart de la foule

Très belle petite maison: les deux niveaux sont en fait deux appartements qui peuvent ou pas être indépendants et qui sont reliés par un escalier extérieur ce qui est très pratique. La terrasse et l'espace extérieur sont très agréable et très grands. La localisation est parfaite: pas besoin de voiture pour aller à la plage, et Le Racou ou Collioure sont à 20 minutes à pieds par des petits chemins. Super séjour à l'écart de la foule et Marie Claire et Jérémy sont toujours disponibles si besoin.

Amazing location

Nice little property. We appreciated that the space was on two floors. The huge advantage of the property is it’s location: 10min walk to amazing beaches and a short distance to amazing Collioure.

Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt

Wir waren zu Dritt und hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt in dem Ferienhaus. Die Ausstattung des Anwesens war sehr gut und wie beschrieben, besonders gefiel uns die große Terrasse mit den Lounge-Möbeln. Anfangs waren wir etwas besorgt wegen der Bahnlinie in der Nähe, die sich aber aufgrund des sehr geringen Verkehrs als nie störend erwies. Unser Dank gilt auch den netten Vermietern und insbesonders Jeremy, der uns bei Bedarf immer mit Rat und Tat freundlich zur Seite stand. Danke für die Gastfreundschaft. Wir haben den Urlaub sehr genossen.

Très beau mas. Excellentes vacances.

Nous avons passé 10 jours formidables une hôtes sympathique, propreté irréprochable, un mas de toute beauté avec du caractère. Collioure à 15 mn à pied et une belle crique à 15 mn . Un peu bruyant par la circulation mais pas gênant car tout est précisé dans l'annonce aucune surprise sauf la beauté du lieu

Merci pour votre visite, vous étiez dans une zone naturelle très sollicitée l'été, c'est pourquoi le débit était plus faible nous mettrons une clef internet supplémentaire. Pour la plage vous y accedez à pied par un sentier naturel sans les affres de la circulation et du beton entre 250 et 500 metre selon la plage que vous preferez.
