Welcome to the Villa Happy Blue located in the very chic and secure residence "Mont Choisy".
The Villa offers a breathtaking view of the Caribbean Sea, modern comfort in an authentic Creole setting.
Thanks to the access right next to the villa you can walk to the beautiful beach of Happy Bay and the popular beach of Friar's Bay in five minutes.


The relaxing living room opens onto a covered terrace equipped with comfortable outdoor furniture.
A very large American kitchen fully equipped to cook as a chef.

Relax in the sun loungers where you can sip cocktails and admire the nuances of color from the ocean to sunset.

The 4 bedrooms have their wardrobes and en-suite bathrooms guaranteeing privacy to everyone.
The master bedroom has a splendid view of the pool and the sea, the 4th bedroom (studio) is located just below the villa, you will be charmed by this spacious room with a warm decor and especially a magnificent sea view, a real haven of peace.

Family holidays in privacy or with friends in a relaxing atmosphere Villa Happy Blue will make you spend unforgettable moments.

All closures are secured by electric shutters. The more you will find all the amenities 5 minutes by car; Super U, banks, hairdressers, delicatessens, wine shops ..

The home is amazing. Pool, hot tub, beautiful furnishings, terrific views of the sea & walking distance to 2 beaches. Short drive to the best restaurants on the French side. Sarah was a lovely hostess. I would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful view!

This house has the perfect location. We enjoyed walking to Happy Bay and to Friar's Bay. Sitting out on the terrace watching the sunset every day was a high point, What a beautiful view! Our host made everything easy and was extremely responsive. Thank you.

Beautiful villa with all the best amenities!

We recently stayed here for 4 nights and had an amazing time! The villa was beautiful and exact to the pictures shown. The kitchen was stocked with the tools we needed to cook a couple meals each day. The view was amazing and the local beaches are pristine. Communication with the owner was great as well! Sarah responded timely and ensured we had a great trip! Thank you!

fantastic

We hope to go back at some point, everything was well stocked, the patio was the best we have ever had in our 8 years of doing our sister vacation week. Elizabeth went above her duties as far as making sure we had everything we needed. Would highly recommend Splendid View, Beach on Foot to anyone who wants a relaxing beautiful stay. Great Stay in SXM

We really enjoyed this house with our two kids. The deck area of the house was fantastic with plenty of space for everyone to stretch out. The fact that there were two very different beaches that we could walk to from the house made all the difference. The poo and hot tub were a great way to end the day. The house was also a 5 minute ride to Grand Case. This was our second trip to SXM - we will definitely stay again on our next trip.

Happy Blue!

This villa was perfectly laid out and well appointed to accommodate our 2 teenagers who were doing online school with the adults working remotely. A big thank to Sarah for the welcome and help before and during our stay. Wonderful views; a few steps on the coastal trail (we befriended a few iguanas) to Happy Bay and Friars Bay, two of our favorite beaches on the island. A short ride to Grand Case's exceptional restaurants and Hope Estate shopping center. Can we come back?

Loved SXM French Side

Hello! We absolutely loved this property. The villa was spotless, well appointed, and beautifully decorated. We had a group of six and we had lots of space and tons of fun. We walked 5 minutes to the left to Friar's Bay where there's a restaurant and lovely beach with volleyball nets. And walk 5 minutes to the right and there is Happy Bay which is sweet, chill, quiet, and lovely. Two supermarkets nearby in both directions with excellent produce, bakery, and friendly service. Gorgeous house with views of Paradise

We stayed as a group of 6. The room on the top floor remained empty. Valerie, our gracious host, met us at the gate to show us to Villa Blue and give us a tour of the house. She gave us directions to the very walkable Friars Beach and Happy Bay Beach (both a 5 minute easy hike) as well as an umbrella and a cooler. Valerie was always there to answer a question on how the AC worked or a dinner recommendation. We made several meals in the house and ate on the patio. Swimming in the pool was a delight because always at least at some point of the day there was shade. As we were always chasing shade with a view - it was also nice that the patio furniture was configurable to always get a shady seat:) It was a perfect stay!

Super great villa and location

My girlfriend and I spent in the fantastic villa 5 nights and we had one of the best experience. Great villa, great view and great location Sarah has been very kind and super nice with all the check in and check out process and she has helped us also with some recommendations for restaurants and things to do. Thank you Sarah! We will definetely suggest this propriety to our friends and why not we may come back again :) eveything just perfect!
