On-site paid parking is available and managed by the property's HOA. Parking passes can be purchased upon arrival and are valid for the duration of your stay. Please be sure to display the pass clearly on your driver's side dashboard at all times while on the property.

The pool was amazing. The condo dining room chairs were very worn and had holes in the seats. The couches in living room were very worn also. Great location but don’t feel it was worth the price we paid.

We love Phoenix X

We love Phoenix X—the only issue we had is that the 2 guest bedroom TVs did not work and the master TV only worked half of the time but that wasn’t a huge deal because we were there for the beach! I called the desk and put in a work order but to our knowledge no one came to fix it. However, our stay was great!

Facility very nice. VRBO added fees are ridiculous.

The condo was as expected for price range. I am not sure how justifiable “added fees” from vrbo are. When I book accommodations at four hundre/ night, there is no way to justify charging six hundred/ night no matter what you call the added fees. Our 5 night stay was just shy of three grand. There should really be some regulation on gouging prices on accommodations in the US. Our outside pool was being remodeled, and the hot tubs were shut down. No prior notification. The chlorine level in the indoor pool was so high my wife’s pants bleached out from sitting on the edge of the hot tub to watch our kid for ten minutes. Parking ramp was a plus. View was great. Location was excellent. Beach was perfect, disregarding the weather. Guard station unattended 75% or the time so not sure how much good that does.
