LOZ FamilyFun Lakefront Vacation Home #15, 6 bdr, 4 baths, sleeps 26 in beds.
3584 sq.ft. Large outdoor deck space with great lakeviews. Parking for approx. 8 vehicles .

Suggested boat trip, if you are renting of bringing your own boat, would be to a boat ride to The Cave Restaurant ( approx. 10 minute ride), Also Larrywood Restaurant ( approx. a 12 minute boat boat), and also Captn Ron;s (approx. 15- 18 minute boat ride). Also for entertainment there is Bridle Cave (approx. 15 minute boat ride) , Ha Ha Tonka ( approx. 20 minute boat ride). There are several others places near by. Tubing and skiing can be done right by our dock.

Enjoy our private boat dock, with sundeck, 2 boat slips, watermat, slide, kayaks, &paddleboards (life vests are not provided),
This lake area is calm and safe for swimming, tubing, and skiing. We have referrals for boat rentals and they will bring it to the dock and pick it up. Enjoy the views from the back decks, grilling and sipping on your favorite beverage. Plenty of room for tanning or sitting in the shade. The firepit is a big hit for telling stories, sharing memories, having smores. Firewood is provided. Having fun inside with the pool table, shuffleboard, and 3 smart TV's.

Upstairs features open living space with large kitchen/living room and dining room. Enough table seating for 16+; large outdoor deck space with outdoor grill (propane provided). Also a shaded sitting area, with table and chairs. Beautiful lake views.

Downstairs features large common living space with pool table; shuffleboard table; entertainment system and ample seating. Large couch, plus another large outdoor deck.

This is a very nice property - the lake is not as busy. We had a great time in the water - the kids loved the slide and the lilly pad! Plenty of room for our family of 18. We definitely would stay with Terry and Terrie again!!

This house was truly amazing and beautiful. We came down for a golf trip and the house is in a great location. It was so nice to be able to come back after a hot day and job in the lake. Everyone had a bed and plenty of bathrooms for everyone. I’ll definitely remember this place for next time.

Big Island Lake House

Great property, plenty of room to spread out and enjoy ourselves and on the quiet end of the lake. Fire pit with plenty of firewood was a nice bonus.

Family Trip

We would definitely recommend this home for your next vacation! This is a super clean and lovely home in a nice quiet part of the lake. We brought our boat and had just the best time. We fished off the dock and swam. The house had everything you will need. Very well communication and instructions from the owners. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Great Adventure

First time at this property. Fun time for all. An annual family get away. There were beds for 26 and we used 18 of them. Amenities were great with the paddle boards and kayaks. Will probably try to return next year.

Great family getaway

Very nice place for a large family. Steps were a bit of a challenge for my poor knees but overall it was an excellent place to stay. Loved all the extra fun things you can do there. The managers were awesome and very nice people, A+

Great “ Family Gathering “ Property!

This Jon’s was spacious and offered great space for extended family gathering. There was plenty of eating space. both indoor and outdoors.. Great view. Great dock... quiet cove. We’d use this home again for sure!

Overall great house and host. The activities for the kids to do off the dock were perfect along with the pool table and shuffle board. So many board games to play. The space was more open than the photos appeared. Only comments were the oven didn’t work properly. It was off about 105 degrees. This made cooking for a large group a challenge.

Friend Getaway

The property was exactly as depicted in the pictures and perfectly clean when we got there. We absolutely loved the space for our group! The lake was quiet and we loved every second of swimming by the house especially the slide! Check in and out was very easy and the owners were very reachable if we had any problems!

Wonderful home, exceptional hosts

The home and property were wonderful and exactly as promised. The hosts communicated with us from the start and were great! We loved the lily pad and paddle boards. The kids played lots of pool and shuffle board, the basement was a great hang out place. There were 14 of us and everyone enjoyed the vacation.

The house was big and roomy for everyone. Very clean. We had an issue with the smoke detector and the property manager responded right away. It was nice to have two refrigerators. The dock was nice and big. We spent a lot of time on the dock. The kids really enjoyed the slide.

Relaxing Vacation

LOZ Lakefront front vacation home #15 was the perfect combination of a quiet relaxing vacation and fun time spent with old family friends. Terry and Terri were extremely communicative and offered great ideas for boat rentals and fun activities in the area. House was super clean. Out entire group had a great time and definitely would recommend the location to others. We can not wait until our next visit. Thanks for renting the house to us.

80th Birthday Celebration

My extended family & I stayed at the house to celebrate our Dads 80th Birthday. The house was perfect for our size of group. We each had our own room. We only had 10 but this house can easily accommodate the 26 as listed. Home is open and roomy. Great lower level with pool table and shuffle board. The Fireplaces are beautiful and would have loved to have used them, but it wasn’t cold enough. We enjoyed using the kayaks and floats. The kitchen is stocked really well with plenty of dishes, utensils, and two coffee pots. Having the extra frig on the lower level was really helpful. Would definitely recommend this home for your family get away!

Amazing friends and family weekend getaway

We had a group of 18 adult friend and family members at the house for an extended weekend getaway. We had a excellent experience from the beginning of booking until the time we left. The property owner's had great communication and ensured everything was easy and taken care of. We rented a boat from the person they recommended and it was the cheapest price by far and was even delivered to the dock. The house had plenty of space and was very nice. The game room was great for the evenings. This area of the lake is not crowded and is calm, which is what we were looking for. The dock was very nice and the kayaks and paddleboards were a nice addition. The house has everything you would need to cook, grill, and relax with your group. I would highly recommend this house and it's owners and would book again in the future.

Peaceful Getaway with Fun for All

We did a family reunion getaway and this property was perfect! There were enough rooms for every family to have their own space, there were toys and games for all ages (barbies, cars, kid games, shuffleboard, cornhole, pool, two TVs), and the dock with the kayaks and slide was a great place to cool off. Although there was some lake traffic, it wasn't a busy channel and didn't impede our enjoyment via lazy lake swimming and lounging. The place was very clean and well stocked with kitchen gadgets (two griddles, plenty of pots and pans, baking pans, measuring cups, two sets of silverware, etc.) One thing I wish I knew before going: the stairs are not great for older people. We had the grandparents (mid 60s) and great grandparents (early 80s) with us, and the stairs were a little challenging for my great grandfather. The stairs from the parking to the front door are somewhat irregular in height, and the stairs inside the house are shorter in depth than traditional steps (fine for most people, but all the 60+s walked down them sideways so their whole foot fit on the step). The beds are a little on the firm side, but not so firm that it disturbed our sleeping. Overall, this house was fabulous! Exactly what we wanted and we're very happy with the quality for the price.

Creating Memories with a Family Reunion at LOTO

This was an opportunity to create new memories w/ multiple new generations. 3 sisters visited LOTO w/ older family members & friends for many years until 1979. This home offered an opportunity for 21 people originating from the 3 sisters (husbands, children, grandchildren, and friends) to spend time together having fun. Our stay was enjoyable w/ fishing and games. The managers were helpful in providing options for Tritoon rental, which worked well as the lowest cost option also lived nearby and delivered the boat directly to the dock. We explored the lake, took turns riding the 2-person tube, & also enjoyed late evening sunset cruises around the bend. Plenty of outside & inside means of entertainment; along with space for food storage for our stay. We had a variety of age ranges (13 mo. up through mid 70's), so room layouts and floor levels played a role in where people slept. Be aware for anyone with limited walking restrictions, inside steps are narrow & limited railing down to the dock. We used the grill on two separate evenings for dinner. The first bottle attached proved empty; but 4 additional bottles were available for a quick switch-out and restart. Grill did prove to be a bit slow cooking, so plan your meals in advance. Kitchen layout can be a bit tight with a corner sink for a large group, but was clean and functional. Glad to have washer/drier to periodically keep up on towel usage and also dry wet swimwear and beach towels that we brought along. Check it all out.

The property was great was accurately described. It can be hard to find houses to accommodate large groups, but this one was perfect for our group, clean and relaxing.
