A NOTE ABOUT POOL HEATING: Like many vacation owners, our pool heat is an optional amenity at a fee of $50per day. We recommend pool heating during mid to late October through the beginning of April. We require a minimum of 3 days of heat as it takes time and resource energy to heat the pool to temperature and we have found guests are often not fully satisfied with results if only for a day or so. The pool heat will be set to 85 degrees for your comfort and enjoyment.

This home is absolutely charming and has been remodeled impeccably and professionally with no detail or expense spared to create a wonderful living space. It has a uniquely large living area with ample windows that let in gorgeous AZ light. From the backyard, you can see Camelback Mountain and a peak out to the Phoenix Mountain Preserve! The house is highlighted by its supreme location and very bright interior. One block from the amenities and accessibility of Camelback Rd, yet set in a family oriented neighborhood on a mature, large corner 1/4 acre lot, you can literally walk within a couple of minutes to fantastic boutique restaurants, a wine bistro, groceries, manicures, a blow dry bar, , ample restaurants, etc.. A little further walk, about 1/2 mile, you're at the famed AZ Biltmore Shopping Center. Golf is around the corner, the AZ Biltmore Resort hotel is a 1.5 mile walk, hiking trails in the Phoenix Mountain is about 1.7 miles (literally straight up the street), and beyond. We tell our guests - a car is optional!
