BEST LOCATION in resort style complex!!! It is located upstairs, in the furthest back part of the complex, very quiet, backing up to open desert and rock riverbed. Unparalleled mountain views, including McDowell Mountains and Pinnacle Peak, with breathtaking sunrises and sunsets.

2 bedroom-kings, 2 full bath, large walk in closets. This condo is completely furnished with all linens, cooking utensils, Keurig, and many more great amenities. The kitchen has GE appliances. In the unit there are washer and dryer. The unit has been updated with new carpet, and updated kitchen and bathrooms. The master bath has been completely remodeled with a walk-in tiled shower.

Complimentary wifi, cable TV in living room and master bedroom.

Guests have access to three pools, main pool is heated year round, spa, fitness room, tennis court and clubhouse.

Very quiet and completely private. Quail, Road Runners, rabbits and other desert wildlife viewed right from the balcony everyday.

Good place to stay! Better if you would just have 2 people staying here as the master bedroom is much better than the spare room. The spare room has very flimsy curtains that don’t shut any light out, but that is only issue we had.

As a group of 2 adult couples we really appreciated having 2 full baths. Loved the quiet balcony for morning coffee and evening wind down. Location could not have been better for how we spent our 8 days being very close to 101. Very pleased.

Well stocked kitchen. Very comfortably furnished home and nice to have washer & dryer. Nice deck and view. However, a box spring under the second bed would make the height standard and much more comfortable.

Perfect 2 Week Stay!

This was our first trip to the Phoenix area. We were so pleased with the comfort and cleanliness of the apartment. Everything we needed was there, and more! The complex amenities were amazing. We had fun on the pickleball court and spent a lot of time at the pool. The people in the complex are friendly and walking the grounds was like walking in a park. The apartment was beautifully decorated with lots of thoughtful touches to enhance our stay. The owner was really responsive and helpful. We are definitely hoping to return next year. Two thumbs way up from us!

We enjoyed our time at this condo. There was lots of space and it had nice bright decor. The beds were also very comfortable. It was also next to a small green belt where you could watch grouse and rabbits run around and feed during the day. The grounds were also great! There was an amazing heated pool, nice club house with pool table, tennis courts (you have to find your own tennis racquets and balls), and a good basic gym. It is also a great location to drive to anywhere. About 15 min from mall, downtown, Mesa, and hiking spots.

Great place in Scottsdale

Had a great experience renting this unit. James was very responsive, and easy to work with; he also provided check-in and check-out info that was timely and easy to understand. And this was one of the few units that we've rented that provided good TV operation details. The unit was very clean, and very well-stocked, both in the kitchen, and in linens, etc. The furniture was very comfortable, and we were especially happy with how quiet it was when staying at this unit. We will be back!

Very nice condo! Everything was well thought out and organized! They had everything a person would want to be comfortable! Candles, pillows and blankets for the family room. Nicely decorated with coordinating comforters, blankets and shams! Very clean condo!Two coffee makers. One for a pot of coffee and one for K cups. Nice attention to detail. Other neighbors and guests are very nice. We would go there again!

Perfect Winter Rental

James is an excellent host! Communication was great. The property was exactly as presented. We stayed for 10 weeks. This condo is extremely well equipped. Everything we needed was supplied. The condo is in a very quiet spot in the complex. There are three pools, tennis/pickleball courts and a gym. We met a lot of very friendly people at the larger centrally located pool. We will be back.
