Resort pool. 5-minute walk to ocean-side beach or enjoy sandy “Bay Beach” out back. Quiet island street. low-key quiet respectful vacationers. Free Wi-Fi. Policies: 1 car parking spot. No visitor parking. No pets. No smoking. No boats. Free shared use of 2 kayaks
FREE AMENITIES GALORE!

Each of our places has a free high-speed WIFI, Beach towels, folding beach chairs, Sand toy set & all linens provided. Charcoal grills (guest to provide own charcoal). Free use of our laundry room on main floor.

Free shared use of swimming pool, Bay-front beach area, Fishing Dock, outdoor seating, outdoor Ping-Pong table, and self-serve Tiki Bar area.

Free shared use of our kayaks (for age 21 & up) to explore picturesque Lemon Bay. Dolphins often spotted.

Free high-speed WIFI. Keurig-style coffee maker & we also offer traditional coffee maker.

Like hotels - we supply "starter supplies" - toilet paper, folded paper towels, sample size coffee, tea, etc. to get you going -- then there's a Dollar Tree nearby or grocery stores if you want additional supplies.

What a perfect location on a really cool key. Nice little pool with a tiny dock on Lemon Bay, where we enjoyed the sunrise, birds, and dolphins. Just a short walk across the narrow key, and we enjoyed spectacular sunset! Surprisingly well built back after the hurricane of 2024, although we did have a little water in the living area after a crazy thunderstorm. The owner was attentive. Also noteworthy: I left a bunch of clothes in the closet, and the owner was gracious enough to have it all sent back to me in Vermont. Now that's customer service!

Property was amazing! When walking in the door we were pleasantly surprised by how nice it was for the price. Spotless and “homey” with a fresh, clean smell. We were only a few minutes from several different beaches which was a plus! Would definitely stay here again!

The a/c was nice and cool, the room was clean. We were there for the boat races (my husband was racing) and the location was great. I took a beach chair and a couple beach towels with me to the beach to watch the races. The bed was really comfortable. We didn't use the kitchen but it had everything we would have needed. We live in Florida and wanted a mini vacation away from home. This was the perfect place. We stayed in Paradise Bay. Short walk to a beautiful beach. Doc right out back for fishing. Place is very well kept. We will be hopefully vacationing here again soon.

With absolutely breathtaking views of Lemon Bay, Blue Island Inn is a dream come true for me and I want to share this natural wonderland with others. I love dolphins and Manatee and somehow they are attracted to the estuary of lemon Bay in our backyard!! You can kick back and take in the extraordinary water views at our sandy “Bay Beach” right out back or there are numerous activities to enjoy on gorgeous Manasota key! Blue Island Inn offers villas in various sizes. Island oasis is our most spacious one king bedroom villa with stunning water views. Our interior designer especially created “Island Oasis” with all new furnishings and beautiful accents to highlight the amazing water views. We are very well equipped and we have top-notch cleaners. Our team is friendly and we treat our guests like family!
