About this property

5 Houses from beach- AC in every room! Hot tub/outdoor shower

Enjoy your vacation in a house just steps from the ocean! The outdoor deck has a hot tub, outdoor shower and large seating areas. The indoor eating area has a large dining table.

Each room has a dedicated AC unit so staying cool isn't a problem!

Everything you need is included in your stay. Linens, towels, bikes, beach chairs, umbrellas, wagon, free wifi and streaming apps (Disney, Hulu, Netflix..) In the kitchen you find all necessary utensils, cooking pots and pans, commonly used spices, Keurig coffee station, and blender.

Bathrooms will be stocked with starter set of shampoo and toilet paper. Kitchen will have paper towels, dishwashing soap and trash bags at a minimum. Laundry soap will be available.

Pre order your food for the week through Bay Shore Shop Rite or Bay Shore King Kullen (go on the websites early to reserve your delivery spot!). Not a far walk from the house is The Pantry which has everything else you may need.

Check in is at 4pm. Check out at 11, can leave luggage on deck and enjoy the day in town., Can use the outdoor shower up until 2pm.

Fees I charge are: $135 cleaning, $125 rental permit.

This house is on a quiet block on the west side of town (away from the chaos as people say). If your intention is to have large groups and have loud 'parties', this isn't your house. Please make your stay enjoyable and respect your neighbors!

Lovely stay, close to beach and beautiful and clean property. Hot tub was a huge favorite, nothing like warming up and relaxing after a long day or swimming and going about the island. Centrally locates, Frank was a great and responsive host, will defiantly be staying here again!

We loved our stay! This home looks just like the pictures. The house was fully stocked and clean. The location is hard to beat (close to beach) and the hot tub was a huge bonus. Frank responded quickly to all our questions. We will definitely be back!

We had a great time in fire island! The house was perfect for my family. The home had ample towels, two beach umbrellas, chairs, a cooler and the essentials. It was a perfect location, few houses from the beach and a very nice quiet family block. We absolutely loved it and Frank was great. Such a pleasure to watch the grandchildren’s eyes light up upon arrival! The back deck was perfect, very roomy. The outdoor shower a a great place to get off the sand from the beach. Somehow kids bring back a lot of beach!! The inside was also roomy and comfortable. We all enjoyed our stay tremendously. Thank you!

Classic fire island

Franks house was perfect for our family vacation this year. The house is 5 houses from the beach which made a beach vacation with kids very easy. It is close to town but also far enough away to skip the summer crowds. Frank was extremely responsive and helpful anytime we had a question. The beach chairs, umbrellas and cooler made for light traveling on the ferry. The hot tub was perfect to use after dinner while listening to the ocean. We will definitely be coming back!

Excellent family vacation. Frank's house is on a quite block 5 houses from the beach so no beach and town traffic which was great. Frank was very responsive with any questions we had and his house has everything you need. The only things we found missing was spare TP and no bath soap/body wash or shampoo, which was a minor inconvenience. The outdoor deck and shower were awesome and the hot tub was perfect to use after a day at the beach. Highly recommended and we will definitely be coming back.

Perfect for our family

We had a great week at this home! We are a f98 steps from the beach (my daughter counted) and there is a life guard stand at the beach entrance which was convenient for us. The block is quiet but a 5 minute walk to town. We met quite a few folks on the block and everyone was super friendly. The house has everything you could possibly need. We were lacking for nothing. And the hot tub was a huge hit! It was amazing to come home after day at the beach, rinse off in the outdoor shower and hop into the hot tub. The bedrooms are small-ish but we really only slept in them and I didn’t really matter to us. The living room, kitchen a dining room are all open to each other and bright and make for a lovely place to hang out

Why they chose this property

This house is a short walk to town, but on a very quiet block. Only a short walk and your on the beach. Inside has updated kitchen and bathrooms and climate control systems. Very comfortable living area!
