I offer you this magnificent country house completely restored with taste, mixing the modern and the authentic in order to feel good and spend an unforgettable holiday!!!
Let's start with my favourite room: THE GARDEN...
You will enjoy a wooded and fenced park of 2000m2, a shaded terrace, a SUN BED for idleness, an outdoor shower, deckchairs, a magnificent wooden gazebo where you can have your breakfasts, lunches and extend the evening around a friendly barbecue with its "guinguette" lighting!!
No holiday in Provence without its own pétanque court!!
To cool off, you will have a magnificent swimming pool (7x5) with its waterfall and stone facings, and its grey liner will give you the impression of swimming in a river !!
A wooden carport will allow you to park up to 2 vehicles.

You will find all the necessary equipment to feel at home:

The village of Bédarrides, nicknamed the village of 7 rivers, will seduce you, especially with its majestic bridge where 2 rivers meet: the Sorgue and the Ouvèze
For nature lovers, a walking route along the river is 200 metres from the house.
Ideally located, the villa is 45 minutes from Mont Ventoux, 1 hour from the sea.
Lovers of good wines, take the wine route and discover our vineyards.
Also only 15 minutes from Avignon
