Heart of Provence - 130sqm - Private Pool - Air conditioning

In the heart of Provence, near by SAINT ANDIOL, you will find a cosy 130m2 house.
Perfectly located between Vaucluse and Bouches du Rhône, you be able to visit all the area and discover our beautiful PROVENCE sights.
You will also enjoy and relax by your own PRIVATE SWIMMING POOL, hided by 200 cherry trees, fig trees and oleanders.
Built in 2012, the house is attached but completely independent with a 80m2 PRIVATE TERRASSE, with all outside furnitures needed. Another wooden TECK TERRASSE is around the swimming pool.
In the house, you will find all you need: coffee machine, dishwasher, iron, induction plate, washing machine,TV, DVD, air conditioning, electric shutters, soundproof windows, baby cot…
Accommodation is composed by a large lobby, 3 LARGE BEDROOMS (with closets and 160 cm double beds). The large bathroom has an Italian stye shower and a double sink, separated Toilet.
Finally, the heart of the house is composed by a 60m2 area with an open style kitchen and a large diner/living room which give you access to the outside area.

Lovely relaxing stay

Spacious well equipped villa. We had everything we needed for a relaxing week. The outdoor area and pool are very peaceful and private. Shops and facilities are within a short drive and plenty of interesting places to visit. The owner was very friendly and helpful.

Séjour très agréable dans cette belle et propre maison. Tout pour être bien. Le confort des lits, les équipements, le jardin. Die Provence hat unsere Herzen erobert!

Wir haben zu dritt im September / Oktober drei wunderbare Urlaubswochen in dem sehr schönen Haus von Mylène und Laurent Lecoustre verbracht. Beide sind sehr freundliche, angenehm zurückhaltende und gleichzeitig sehr aufmerksame Vermieter. Die Kommunikation und die Schlüsselübergabe verliefen komplikationslos und das Haus ist perfekt auch für einen längeren Aufenthalt ausgestattet. Besonders zu erwähnen sind die hochwertigen Matratzen / Betten, in denen auch Menschen mit Rückenbeschwerden einen erholsamen Schlaf finden können. Die Lage des Hauses in einer ruhigen Kirschbaumplantage und mit freundlichen Nachbarn ist perfekt, um von dort aus sternenförmig in alle Richtungen in Halb- oder Ganztagsausflügen die Provence zu erkunden. Wir waren auf dem Mont Ventoux, haben tolle Wanderungen in den Alpilles und im kleinen und großen Luberon unternommen und Avignon, Arles, Aix-en-Provence, die Côte Bleue und viele kleinere Orte mit ihren herrlichen Märkten in der näheren Umgebung besucht. Besonders gefallen haben uns die Märkte in Carpentras und L'Isle-sur-la-Sorgue. Der von Oleanderbüschen und Kirschbäumen umgebene Pool lud dann nach der jeweiligen Rückkehr zur wohlverdienten Entspannungspause ein. Wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen und bedanken uns noch einmal recht herzlich bei Mylène und Laurent.

Séjour Estival Parfait

Cette maison spacieuse, propre et parfaitement équipée, nichée dans un cadre tranquille et à proximité des principaux sites d'intérêt, constitue l'endroit parfait pour se ressourcer. Les propriétaires, Mylène et Laurent, sont chaleureux, accueillants et aux petits soins ce qui rend l'expérience encore plus agréable. Avec sa piscine, cette propriété est un véritablement petit coin de paradis où l'on souhaite revenir encore et encore. Nous recommandons fortement ce gîte. Perfekte Unterkunft

Wir haben einen perfekten Urlaub in dieser Unterkunft verbracht. Die Ausstattung ist top und ich habe selten eine so saubere Ferienwohnung erlebt. Der Pool ist unglaublich toll und man hat ihn ganz für sich alleine. Das ganze Grundstück ist wunderschön umgeben von Kirschbäumen und Oleander und man fühlt sich dort sehr sicher und wohl. Die Vermieterin hat sich sehr gut um uns gekümmert, hat tolle Tipps für Ausflüge gegeben und war sehr gut erreichbar. Alles in allem können wir diese Unterkunft ohne Einschränkungen empfehlen! Es ist empfehlenswert ein Auto zu haben, da sonst viele schöne Ausflugsziele und Supermärkte nur sehr schwer zu erreichen sind.

Très agréable et reposant

Nous avons été très bien accueillis par nos hôtes, la maison est très agréable, super bien équipée et au calme. La piscine privative est suffisamment grande pour que nos enfants s’amusent et que nous puissions faire quelques mouvements de nage. Le cadre est magnifique et hormis un léger bruit de fond de la route (vraiment très léger !!) nous avons eu ce que nous cherchions : du calme et du repos.

Belle maison dans une magnifique région

"Les cerisiers" est une maison moderne, spacieuse et fonctionnelle de plein pied située dans un grand verger. 100% conforme à l'annonce. La piscine nous était réservée pour la durée du séjour. Nous avons apprécié la gentillesse des propriétaires et l'accès au jardin où nous pouvions prendre le repas sous un majestueux platane.

Un séjour épatant

Une villa idéalement située pour découvrir les nombreux sites intéressants de la région.
