Toskana ist immer eine Reise wert

Die Anreise war problemlos, da der Besitzer Massimo schon vorab den Standort geschickt hat, außerdem gibt er während des Aufenthalts immer wieder Tipps für Ausflüge. Bei der Ankunft wurden wir herzlich empfangen und uns alles wissenswerte über das Haus erklärt. Das Haus und der Garten ist super, wir und unser Hund haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir können es nur weiter empfehlen, ein optimaler Ausgangspunkt um die südliche Toskana zu erkunden. Nochmals 1000 Dank! Liebe Grüße Dani, Nicole und Flocke.

Oltre ogni aspettativa, un luogo bellissimo.

Una vacanza da sogno in una location fantastica, la casa è una villetta monofamiliare con un bel soggiorno con camino e zona pranzo, una cucina fornita di lavastoviglie, microonde, forno, una camera matrimoniale e un bagno con doccia, in una stanzetta a parte si trova la lavatrice e tutto quello che può essere necessario per un bucato. Ma è all'esterno che si resta incantati, un grande cancello fa anche da passo carraio per poter posteggiare comodamente la macchina, e poi due bbq, legname, sedie sdraio, 2 zone pranzo, una vicino ai bbq, un'altra sul giardino. La proprietà è circondata da un vasto terreno recitato, con illuminazione notturna ed è curata nei minimi dettagli. Il posto è molto tranquillo e silenzioso e si trova in posizione strategica per gite sul Monte Amiata, visite agli antichi borghi della Maremma oppure immergersi nella calde acque termali di Saturnia.

Struttura immersa nel verde, abbastanza isolata dai rumori della strada adiacente, vicina al centro storico di Semproniano. Parcheggio privato, ampio giardino recintato con possibilità di barbecue, villa con diversi punti dove riposare e rilassarsi. All'interno diversi servizi (lavanderia, cucina), camino interno e salone con tv e wi-fi. Accoglienza e professionalità.

Tana di volpe casa bellissima

La casa ha una posizione perfetta anche se immersa nella natura. A soli 15 minuti dalle terme di Saturnia per chi ha il cane come noi è il luogo ideale. I padroni di casa sono deliziosi quindi grazie da parte nostra e di Caio!

Vacanza di vero relax immersi nelle colline

La villetta é molto carina e confortevole, con un bel giardino ampio e un portico che abbiamo sfruttato molto. I proprietari sono stati gentilissimi, disponibili e sono veramente persone deliziose. Sono a disposizione lavatrice, tostapane, teiera, moka, un piccolo phon, l'essenziale di utensili (stoviglie, posate, pentole) e anche qualcosa in piú in cucina. Noi ed anche i nostri gatti ci siamo trovati molto bene! Bisogna tenere in considerazione che Semproniano é un paese molto piccolo, veramente immerso nelle colline toscane, lontano dal mare, dai centri maggiori, dai supermercati e dagli altri borghi da visitare. La cosa positiva é che le terme di Saturnia sono (relativamente) vicino, a 20 minuti di auto, a noi sono piaciute molto e ci siamo tornati piú volte. Grazie di nuovo ai proprietari, per aver reso il nostro soggiorno piú confortevole possibile, per i consigli e per la vostra simpatia!
