House in the woods

Very beautiful little stone house typical of the region of Uzés with its capitelle, in the heart of the Garrigue (place called: the wood of love), 5 minutes from the city center of Uzés. Very authentic painter's house of 80 m2 (in its original setting) with two bedrooms (double beds, a sofa bed for 2 people, its 2 living rooms and its private swimming pool, secure and not shared (8 meters by 4 meters), large private lot with stone fence and plants + gate. No close neighbors..

A peaceful and relaxing place in an exceptional setting on 1 hectare of land
.Between the Cévennes and the Mediterranean beaches, in the heart of the garrigue you can relax in a peaceful atmosphere and in a region privileged by its climate.
Nearby, many marked paths, small medieval villages with their markets and bullfighting traditions, the Roman remains of Nîmes, Avignon, Arles, the wild landscapes of the Camargue and its beaches, the Cévennes and the Gorges du Gardon with the Pont du Gard .

This property is in an excellent location for walking to Uzes and walks on the mountain heath and woodland.The garden is wonderful and you hear lots of bird song. The property is remote and accessed along an uneven track.We had trouble with the electricity cutting out, lots of big flies and leaks in some rooms when it rained hard.

Haus im Wald

Es ist ein sehr besonderes charmantes richtig altes Haus. Man kann keine modernen Standards beim Mobiliar erwarten. Der Pool ist prima. Das Bad ist recht klein und irgendwann sicher einmal selbst eingebaut. Es gibt keine Spülmaschine, alles andere ist in der Küche vorhanden. Die Anfahrt ist sehr abenteuerlich, wir hatten Schwierigkeiten es zu finden, weil es sehr versteckt liegt. Die Vermieterin hat sich gekümmert als wir Fragen hatten.

Maison près d'Uzes

Sympathique maison dans la nature , très joliment décorée avec des oeuvres d'art. Proche du pont du pont du gard, de Nîmes, Avignon. Uzès est à 5/10 minutes en voiture.

Ein außergewöhnliches Haus mitte in der Natur

Das Haus liegt ganz versteckt im Wäldchen am Ende einer kleinen hügeligen Straße. Die Ruhe und der Charm sind nicht vergleichbar. Das Haus ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und sollte teilweise renoviert werden. Das Duschbad ist klein (die Dusche geht aber prima und hat viel Druck!), die Betten sind nur 140 cm breit (klassische französische Betten). Wer nach einem tipptopp standardisierten Ferienhaus sucht ist hier wahrscheinlich falsch. Wer das Außergewöhnliche mag, wird das Haus lieben. Die Eigentümer sind extrem freundlich und hilfsbereit. Man ist mit dem Auto in 10 Minuten im Zentrum von Uzès.

Environnement idéal pour la tranquillité et les visites du pays d Uzes

Coin tranquille et environnement calme. Cette maison est trop empreinte d histoire pas très pratique dans l ensemble, elle a besoin d être rafraîchie. La piscine sous les Chênes et l emplacement pour les visites du coin font oublier ses désagréments.

Nous souhaitons justement garder l'authenticité de ce lieu rare et magique à moins de 5 minutes d'Uzès. Cependant , je reconnais que la salle de bain est un peu trop étroite c'est pourquoi ,nous envisageons de l'agrandir très prochainement pour le confort de nos locataires. Nous mettons un maximum de photos sur le site afin que les vacanciers ne soient pas déçus à leur arrivée.

Petit coin de paradis

La cuisine extérieure est un vrai plus pour de belles journées de vacances au bord de la piscine. Ce lieu paisible et isolé reste proche des commerces et du centre ville.

Que du bonheur

Une location pleine de poésie très bien située à l'écart du monde et néanmoins proche de tous commerces. A déguster sans modération. Un accueil plein de petites attentions. Merci à Nezha et Laurent Pour les peaux tendres prévoir panoplie anti-moustiques
