Unit 409LK does not rent as a 1 bedroom during the Summer Season, this unit at a 1 bedroom rate is only available Fall, Winter and Spring rate Seasons It features a fully equipped open kitchen, private patio with tall chairs and fabulous panoramic views of the gulf. The bedroom has a luxurious king size bed with wall-mounted flat screen TV, cable and blu-ray player along with an en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower. The living room features a premium sleeper sofa with queen size memory foam mattress for added comfort, leather recliners and wall-mounted flat screen TV with cable, blu-ray and wireless internet.
