PLEASE NO LOCAL GUEST. Recently renovated and beautifully designed, this home is 0.9miles from the Convention Center. What's really cool is that each guest has their own private area with private bath! Literally blocks from Camden Yard/M&T Bank Stadiums where the famous Baltimore Orioles and Baltimore Ravens play. Minutes drive to Harbor. Close to the excitement but tucked away to enjoy peace and quiet. Easily accessible, located just off 95 and 295 hwy. Local guest are prohibited from booking.

This stylish home is sure to meet your standards of luxury. This home sleeps 6 people comfortably with 2 bedrooms (2 queens and a pullout queen sofa bed) 2 full baths( each guest has own full bath), 4k LED flat screen TV with free WiFi and streaming access, new stainless steal appliances, granite counter tops, private fenced in backyard with patio. The kitchen has all utensils needed to cook a good home meal. This home is perfect for family trips, conference stays and just a nice getaway lodging in style, convenience and comfort. Either way you will love your stay and it will be all that you need and more
from washer/ dryer and blow dryer to towels and wash clothes. There are security cameras to protect the exterior and common areas of the property. As a thank you to our guest we provide complimentary coffee with cream and sugar.

Unlimited street parking out front is available on a first come basis. There is a 1 hour "Event" parking restriction "Only" during Orioles/Ravens games. There is a parking lot out front that is privately owned but can be be reserved with the owner for a fee. You can check the price and reserve a spot using Spothero.com. The address for the parking lot is 510 Scott St. There is a rear parking lot that is also privately owned and you will be towed if you park your vehicle there. We have no affiliation with either lot and do not receive any compensation from them.

Comfy and clean accommodation. The location is perhaps a little shaky in the heart of Pigtown, but once inside the apartment is very nice. Comfortable bedding, plenty of pillows, complimentary coffee and creamers, and good communication from the owner.

We arrived late, during a rainstorm and were grateful for this lovely haven from the storm. The apartment is within easy walking distance of the convention center where we spent our days.The apartment was a great place to unwind after a long day of meetings.

Host was really helpful when it came to deciding on parking since we had two vehicles. There is a paid lot right in front of the building and street parking. Very short walk to Orioles stadium. Fast communication and unit was very comfortable.

The apt is in a quiet neighborhood, we were there on business and it was a decent trip over to the hotel in the inner harbor where our show was. beds were comfortable, tv worked well and a big bonus was ceiling fans in both bedrooms! would definitely stay there again.

Great location for a conference

We needed a place to stay for a conference that was cheaper than the expensive hotel the conference was in. This place was perfect. Close location, clean, easy to book and access. Parking is expensive so be ready for that. Cheapest is 22/day. Still cheaper than the hotel by far.

Came in to Baltimore for disney on ice and the place was great. Because it is winter, it is cold in here even with the heat on. But overall it was a good stay
