Looked like the cleaner forgot the vacuum and there was trash and personal effects in the shower but it was only 15 minutes to merriweather post pavilion so totally worth it

Great hosts and good location

Hosts couldn’t have been kinder or more available. We had everything that we needed.

We had a fine stay. Check in and parking were easy. This was not the cleanest, but also not the worst. It is a basement apartment and all of the lighting is bright overhead lighting (aside from a broken lamp in bedroom), so it would be nice to have some lamps. Also the furniture is not very comfortable, including the bed. Finally because of being a basement apartment we could hear family above. Just normal sounds of child playing and living life. It was not an issue for us, but if you were looking to sleep late it could be. Host was responsive and space was adequately appointed.

The apartment is exactly as shown in the pictures. Everything looks fresh and clean. There is lots of light even though it's a basement apartment. The hosts were excellent and very responsive. They live above the apartment; and though you can hear some noise from above as you would expect in any apartment on a lower floor, it was never excessive. I arrived after dark and had a little trouble spotting the house since it's slightly uphill, but my GPS gave me accurate directions and there is easy parking in front. I would definitely stay here again.
