This is a cute little house in a really good location. The house was more roomy than we expected. Or is very nice and clean. I had a few questions prior to our arrival and the communication was great.
We came to town to do a brewery hop with friends. This place did not disappoint. It was roomy, clean and close to all of the downtown activities we had planned. The beds and pillows were super comfortable too. Property manager was communicative and made our check in and out easy. We would stay again if we come to town.

Thanks for being such a great guest. Our home was left perfectly clean and tidy. I would definitely love to host you again next time you’re in Northern Colorado!
This rental was the perfect location for our visit since we were there to see our daughter, a student at UNC.
The space was small but everything we needed. It is listed as sleeping six, with an air bed, and that would be VERY cozy! The three of us fit fine though.

Very nice apartment in a quiet neighborhood
Could not get the local new channels on the television, might have been user error. We just used our phones for weather updates in the area.
When we booked this stay (our first) we expected a dark, slightly musky basement cellar apartment.
We were surprised and delighted with this cute 2 bedroom place! Light, clean, and airy feeling with the pastel walls and artwork.
Two small things that were inconveniences: 1) we came in after dark, and there was no light to show us the address from the street. We called support and they weren't able to help. Please to make sure the porch light is programmed to turn on before dark!; 2) the washing machine and dryer didn't work well. We appreciated the laundry detergent though!
Overall, a nice stay.

Disappointed
We’ll start off with the place has a gas stove and no exhaust vent. So there was smoke and carbon monoxide all in the place because once again no vent. The handle on the fridge is half way put on. Dishwasher is loose in the whole. The thermostat was right behind the tv so at first it was hard to find. The HVAC air vents are falling out. Paper towels in the seals of multiple windows. There was mold like stuff on the bottom of the shower curtain. Dust everywhere under and around things.

Hi Guest! Thank you so very much for taking the time to share your thoughts and feedback with us! I just sent this over to our handyman and our cleaning service, so we can jump right in and make the necessary adjustments. I sincerely apologize that you were disappointed. I would be happy to discuss the stay with you if you would like to give us a call. I hope that you enjoy the rest of your Summer!
This cute basement apartment was very nice. We really enjoyed our stay there. The firepit area was cute, though we didn't use it. We did however use the grill and it was so convenient. Thank you for that. Our only issue is that the apartment was freezing and we couldn't move the thermostat past 72 degrees. We understand it is a basement apartment, but we made use of every comforter available. Still, a very lovely place and experience.

Home is exactly as pics show so there is no disappointment with property.
Home was very nice. Would be nice to have small vacuum or carpet sweeper & mop for those of us who are crazy about cleaning. More silverware would be a plus. Great having a washer/dryer, hair dryer on site as well as coffee maker, microwave and dishwasher. Very nice comfortable Bungalow. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Greeley, Co Price is well worth it. Much better than a Holiday Inn. Thank you Stacy.

We wanted to take a quick trip up to CO and bring our family dog with us. We were so happy to find this spot! And the area was awesome - great little college town. My kids loved getting to borrow the sled to go down some hills nearby! Great fun for this TX crew!
