Weekend in Greeley with friends

Friends and I stayed for a weekend in Greeley. We were pleasantly surprised by the nice cafes, restaurants and breweries nearby. This house was conveniently located on 8th street. Extra points for kitchen- ac in each room, and a really nice front porch. I highly recommend staying here if you can.

We bought the house as a place for our kid to stay while going to UNC. We rent out the lower level all year round, and the upper unit during the summer while our kid is at home. We love Greeley, and found this perfect house, near downtown and the UNC campus.

What makes this property unique

We fully stock our short term rentals with all the items we know that we would expect, and include good quality furnishings and bedding, as well as a fully-stocked kitchen. And of course, we hire the best housekeepers available and pay them a little extra to assure everything is perfect.
