Bare bones unit with a convenient location

The beds in the two bedrooms were comfortable and the location was convenient. It's a good choice if you plan to only use the two bedrooms and plan to be out for the scenery. The kitchen is fine for simple meal prep, but don't plan to do any in depth cooking.

Nice quiet duplex in Nye Beach

It was clean and comfortable. Quiet too! Not luxurious but we didn’t expect that for the price . The kitchen and bathroom had everything we needed. Plenty of clean linens too.

This is an older duplex which is obvious in some of the minor details. Parking for 1 vehicle is onsite not on the street. Couches and beds were OK. Linens were clean. Couldn't fully close the front window curtains because of a sheer panel in between the outer solid panels. Mainly an issue at night because it feels like folks outside can see in. This was mentioned in a previous review I remember reading. Did not use the heating so can't comment on that. Kitchen had what we needed. Ocean is a short walk or dive away. All in all, comfortable and safe. We would stay again.

Went here with my family (myself, husband and 1.5 yo daughter). Excellent location, just minutes from the beach and shops/restaurants. If you’re up for it, just a mile from the historic bay front area! Great home, place to park, easy checkin and access. Loved that we had two bedrooms, each with enough space for a pack n play; black out curtains too - nice and dark at night. Super clean space, felt like home away from home. Really liked the lack of carpet since my daughter is allergic to dust mites. Will definitely stay here again.

Perfect for affordable unplanned travel with dog.

We made a trip to Newport from 7 hours away for my grandma's funeral. The price was great, slept all 5 of us and our dog perfectly, and was close to everything.

Great location and value

We had a great family weekend at the coast, this duplex is right next to Nye Beach and all its cute shops and cafes and a short drive to the bay front and aquarium. So affordable for a great location! The only downside for us was the noise of the duplex, our neighbors and us both had a toddler so the late/early running and footsteps were loud on both sides. Otherwise would love to stay again!

Location was perfect for us, easy walking to the shops & beach. Beds were comfy, liked that there were fans available to use, only thing the kitchen didnt have that we could find was a cutting board. Dislikes - bathtub wouldn’t drain or was incredibly slow to drain, bathroom sink was slow to drain. Chairs and a bbq/grill would be nice on the deck
