Trip to the coast with my kids for spring break

The stay at the condo was amazing. There was way more space than I thought there would be. My kiddos had a great time playing upstairs in the living room especially with the foosball table. I highly recommend this condo for your Newport stay! It has every amenity you need and more!

Good stay and clean place but needs work

There is no AC and was surprisingly hot, especially on the top floor. Needed more towels and essentials (better cookware and utensils) location is great but walls are thin. Can hear all the road noise, conversations outside, the kitchens for the restaurants around and neighbors. Foosball tables handles were lose and or broken so was not playable. The parking spot is… uncomfortable. Beds are not the best but will do. Couch downstairs is lackluster. Refrigerator door kept getting stuck and was difficult to open.
