Mammoth and the Eastern Sierra is an outdoor enthusiast's dream. Home to one of California's best ski and mountain biking resort, from town you have access to hundreds of miles of scenic hiking trails with hikes suitable for all levels, located 20-30 minutes south of June Lake and Mono Lake, 40 minutes north of Bishop which is home to world-class climbing, and 45 minutes to spectacular Yosemite via Tioga Pass in the summer.
Our cozy mountain retreat is surrounded by beautiful giant trees. Clean and recently updated with new floors and paint throughout, new appliances and furniture in the living and dining rooms. Ground level with easy access, so no stairs after a full day on the slopes or an epic hiking adventure in the breathtaking Eastern Sierra!!
Your home away from home with a fully equipped kitchen, coffee, tea, hot cocoa, Nespresso machine, coffee maker, waffle machine, Instant Pot, cable, smart TV, WiFi, games, puzzles, toddler toys, and fireplace.

Mammoth's convenient shuttle service offers complimentary transportation all around the town including each of the mountain base ski lodges, the Village, and lake basin. Stop 46 is located right outside the complex. The buses usually come every 10 to 30 minutes depending on the line and season.
Parking is limited to 2 vehicles per unit.
Mammoth Lakes TOT cert #9000. Starting 2025, 16% (up 2% from 2024) occupancy tax + TBID is included in the total cost.

Hi, we’re Edi & Esther, proud parents to 2 sweet and spicy girls. When we can get away from work and chauffeuring the kids to/from sports and activities, we like to spend our time outdoors … surfing, climbing, skiing, and hiking. Traveling and eating are also a couple more of our favorite pastimes. We’ve opened our place to family, friends and guests from around the world since late 2019. We couldn’t be more happy when guests enjoy and appreciate Mammoth and the Eastern Sierra in all its beauty as much as we do.
Why they chose this property
Our place is central, right in town, 5-10 minute walk (weather permitting, of course) to restaurants, coffee shops, grocery stores, pharmacies and shops. Shuttle stop 46 is located right outside our complex, and it'll take you around town, to the Village, any of the three ski lodges, and the lake basin, and Eagle Lodge and the Village are only 1.2-1.5 miles away.
We love all the condo amenities such as the jacuzzi which is open year round and tennis court, pool and bbq grills in the summer. The outdoor parking lot is flat and open (makes a difference in the winter), surrounded by beautiful giant trees.

What makes this property unique
It’s our home away from home, and we want our guests to feel at home too. We try to get away at least once a month, so we do have the essentials for ourselves and guests as we like to be comfortable and not have to pack the whole house or run to the store as soon as we arrive, especially during those short weekend ski trips.
