Please note, our unit is on the third floor (no one above you) so stairs are required.

Property exactly as described. Only 5-10 minutes from Mammoth Mountain. Everything was clean and comfortable and hosts were easy to communicate with.

We also appreciate you mentioning the proximity to Main Lodge. While the Main Lodge is about a 5–10 minute drive, we’re actually less than a mile from the Eagle, Canyon and the Village, which many guests find especially convenient for quick access to the slopes.

We travel to Mammoth yearly during ski season, but this was our first time to this property. We were very delighted with the property. It was exactly as described. Very clean, very comfortable and very nice decor.

This property is exactly as described. Check-In instructions were very clear and all areas had info sheets on how to work various home items. The condo was very well kept and has everything you need for a trip, short or long.

Parking outside is first come first serve. We had a hard time finding parking at night after exploring town. Shared garage with other tenants. If you have a large truck it won’t fit. Also, location is on the third floor.

Such a bummer to see a 2-star review for things that are noted before you booked- and after we immediately accommodated your request for early check-in at no additional cost (which we try to do for as many guests as possible!)
Our listing notes that we are on the third floor- which does provide for fantastic privacy and great views!
For reference for future renters-We have a dedicated garage spot and our Jeep Grand Cherokee fits inside perfectly with the tailgate open and extra space for bikes! There are also enough additional spots dedicated to our complex for every unit to have a second spot- but they are first come first serve so you may have to walk a few feet to our unit once parked-in particular on a popular holiday weekend like when Laura stayed with us.
