Available since August 2019 after a complete renovation, located in the heart of a 5000m² property, this beautiful villa of 210m ² is ideally located 15 minutes from Faro airport, 10 minutes from the beaches of "Vale do Lobo", Vilamoura and Quarteira, just 2.5 km from AQUASHOW water park, the largest in the Algarve with golf courses and restaurants nearby.

The villa on 2 levels is composed of 7 bedrooms, including 4 private master suites, including 1 suite, which is able to accommodate people with reduced mobility.

With private entrance and fully equipped, the property has a large heated pool (optional heating) for private use (6x11m, depth 2m) with a paddling pool for children (2x2x0,55m) and a beautiful wooden terrace (100m ²) equipped with a table of 4.8x1m, which, like the table of the dining room, can accommodate, indoor and outdoor, up to 16 people.

Balcony and pool side terrace offer a magnificent view of the heights of the valley.

This beautiful villa also has a large grill area: barbecue and plancha.

Composition: Ground floor: kitchen with induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, combination fridge / freezer American, classic filter coffee maker, washing machine, foldable baby bed, high chair, dining room Cable TV, 2 bedrooms King-Size bed with en-suite shower, sink, toilet, bidet.

1st floor : 2 bedrooms King-Size bed with en-suite shower, washbasin, WC, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, 2 bedrooms with 3 bunk beds (sleeps 6 + 1 extra), 2 shared bathrooms shower, sink, WC.

Best Holiday Ever!

We have just come back from the best holiday ever in Portugal, and made very special by this lovely property in Loule. Perfect location within 15 minutes of everything you will ever need. The property was very modern inside, and ver spacious outside. We have an autistic child and he needs space, and this was plentiful of that. The hosts where always very nice. Thank you for letting us rent your beautiful property.

Excellent villa

The villa is fantastically clean and has all the facilities you need to have a brilliant break. The pool is well maintained and is warm if you choose to have it heated. The outdoor eating area is great and fantastic for socialising. Claudine is accommdating and attentive, she is easy to contact and give help. I would recommend this villa for any family groups for their holidays

Fantastic Week Getaway

The property is excellent with all the amenities you need for a fantastic week away. The location is close enough by taxi to all of the golf courses, beaches and the airport. We couldnt recommend it enough to everyone looking for a lovely stay in the sunshine.

Wonderful stay!!!

Had such a wonderful stay here, we didn’t want to leave. There were 14 of us staying (family) of all different ages. The house was spotless and so lovely and big that we were never on top of each other. Loved the indoor and outdoor dining space that we could all come together for meal times. Only thing I would say is they needed a few more utensils being that you were cooking there daily but we always worked round it. Hosts were so lovely and always there if we needed them, it was just a little hard to communicate with the language barrier sometimes but we go through that. Would advise if you don’t have a car to download Uber we would have been lost without it. Everything is so close so was a great location but you couldn’t walk anyway (hence why Uber was so important) Overall absolutely loved our stay and would definitely recommend to others.
