This home is located in a safe, quiet neighborhood with excellent proximity to all the conveniences of the city. (It's also the closest neighborhood to Liberty University for those coming to visit that campus.) Restaurants, shopping, & groceries are only 2-3 minutes away.

There is easy access onto 460 from the neighborhood, which takes you towards Appomattox in one direction and Bedford, the scenic Blue Ridge Parkway, Peaks of Otter, and Roanoke in the other direction. Only 4 minutes from the Lynchburg airport. It's a great home base as you explore the area.
