Enjoy 'Beachside Kiss' in this beautiful one-story Seaside cottage!

Perfectly situated behind Seaside's town square in Seaside proper, this 3 bedroom/2 bath beach home sleeps 8 comfortably and all on one floor. Beachside Kiss is adorned with a large front porch complete with gorgeous new lounge furniture! The area is perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or just watching the Seaside town bustle by. Inside you're greeted with a large open living area, high definition flat screen TV, oversize square dining table (seats 8), and a gourmet kitchen complete with stainless appliances and Emeril Lagasse pots and pans for the chef in the family!

Just off the dining room is a Florida room with a queen sleeper sofa (sleeps 2) and sitting areas with curtains to give you a little privacy from the main living space.

The 3 bedrooms are off the main living space. The king master suite offers a flat screen TV, private master bath with bath/shower combo, and marble sink top. Across the way you'll find the king guest room with a flat screen TV and a twin bunk room (sleeps 2) with flat screen in the armoire. The two guest rooms share the 2nd bathroom with tub/shower combo and dual sinks with granite counter tops.

Off the back you'll find an outside shower and back deck space. Beachside Kiss has a guest house, Moonlight Hug, that is also available for rent. Ask us about renting the two cottages together or separate.

Bachside Kiss

Charming Cottage

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Seaside is a wonderful place for a family vacation. So much to do and so family friendly very secure. We liked our cottage. Well furnished, there is some water damage in the master bathroom caused by the washing machine we thought that will require major handyman work. The cottage could use ceiling fans, the master and guest bedroom have one AC vent each. A fan on the front porch would be great as well. Overall our vacation was a success. The manager of Homeowners Collection is very responsive.
