 composed of a spacious fully equipped kitchen, a living room with convertible sofa. Bedroom with double bed and single bed.

Spacious (58m²), living room: sofa bed, 1 bedroom, comfortable fully equipped kitchen, new bathroom with walk-in shower, separate toilet. Terrace with view of the Mont Blanc massif, good exposure, barbecue, parasol, deckchair ... Quiet, easy to access, private parking. 4 or 5 places. The linen is in addition: 15 € per person (sheets, towels, tea towels ...).

The accommodation is quiet, only one apartment is rented in the chalet, the owners live below and are available to give information, Mr Bouchard is a mountain guide and can tell you anecdotes from mountain people.

Access is very easy from the center of the village, direction Route de Passy, take Vieux Servoz, at the top of a small climb, take the street that goes up and not the one that goes flat in front of the chalet's garden, the chalet is at the intersection of two streets, take the street that goes up (rue Napoléon Joseph), the parking lot is behind the house.

the linen must be brought: sheets, bath towels, dish cloth .... Possibility to rent it on site: 15 € per person. Tourist tax to be paid on arrival: 1.5 € per person per day.

During school holidays: 6 nights minimum.
