The Space:

Casa de los Sueños is a beautiful home located on 5,200 square meters of privacy (1 1/4 acre) in the Mar Vista gated community near Playa Flamingo, Guanacaste. Experience luxury and comfort as you enter the large kitchen, living, and dining area while you take in the sweeping views through a full wall of sliding doors. Wake up to the sounds of the jungle, enjoy the ocean and tropical forest views and watch the sunset from the expansive covered and uncovered patios framing the private infinity pool. This fully furnished vacation home is only a 60-minute drive from the Liberia airport and a very short distance to several local beaches.



It is a single-level vacation rental with a split floor plan making it perfect for couples, families, and friends. The master bedroom features its own bathroom with a walk-in shower, a walk-in closet, a King bed, a sliding door to an ocean view patio, a Smart TV, and A/C. The second bedroom features a King bed, a built-in closet, a sliding door to its own ocean view patio, a Smart TV, and A/C. The third bedroom offers Twin bunk beds and built-in closets and A/C. There is a bathroom accessible from each of the two bedrooms with a shower and double sinks. Need a travel crib? No problem! Just reach out our concierge team to arrange one. Keep in mind they are subjected to availability and have an additional charge.



The large, fully equipped kitchen features a large quartz island with seating for 4, stainless steel appliances, wood cabinetry, and quartz countertops. The main living area has a dining table for 6, a comfortable seating area, a 50" Smart TV, A/C, and a full wall of sliding doors to the large covered patio. The outdoor patios offer a large, comfy seating group, a dining table for 6, sun loungers, a large gas grill, and a private, beautiful infinity-edge pool overlooking the forest and the ocean.



A few of the other amenities of this beautiful home are reliable high-speed internet, Smart TVs streaming Netflix, cable TV with HBO, ceiling fans in every room, a laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer, an outside shower, tankless hot water, security safe and private parking. The house is stocked with items for your personal use such as beach towels, folding beach chairs, and a cooler, it also includes commodities such as coffee, basic spices, cooking oil, shampoo and soap.

About Mar Vista Community and the Flamingo Area

This home is located within the development of Mar Vista in Flamingo Beach and has 24/7 security, it offers a large community pool, swim-up bar, and an exceptional restaurant (Gracia) with fabulous ocean views day and night. There is a yoga deck, hiking and biking trails, and tennis courts on the property.



Mar Vista is a community in a constant state of growth, therefore, it may have some construction in the area causing some noise during the day. We have asked our neighbors to cause the fewer disturbances as possible but please take into consideration that it’s out of our control. We truly appreciate your understanding. Due to the ongoing construction in the area, we understand that this may cause some inconvenience. For this reason, a discount has already been applied to the rate as a courtesy, and we truly appreciate your understanding and patience.



Flamingo Beach is part of the Costa Rican Riviera and is located only 1.5 miles from the property. Flamingo boasts a beautiful mile-long white sand beach with a mild current and tide. This beach is perfect for swimming and sunning. Playa Grande, one of the world’s most famous surfing beaches, is only 45 minutes by car and the bustling surf town of Tamarindo is close enough to offer you more to do like shopping, surf classes, and a bountiful selection of restaurants and nightspots.
