When you enter this unit there is a sleeping area with a full bed, TV and dresser you then pass through the kitchen to another sleeping area with a queen bed, dining table and chairs, TV and night stands. This unit has a balcony with 2 chairs and a great view the of beach and the Gulf of Mexico. This property is located in a very popular area of Panama City Beach just minutes from Pier Park shopping and entertainment complex, Frank Brown Sports and Aquatic Center, Walmart, City Pier and Gulf World Marine Park. The property has a pool, hot tub, tiki hut, charcoal grills but sorry no elevators. In the unit you will find dishes, silverware, glasses and a single set of towels and bed linens. There is a guest coin operated laundry room on the property.

Best prices on the beach

This place has been standing for decades. A course the appliance reflect but so doesn’t the price. I rented a two bedroom on the first floor with a beautiful view of the gulf everything worked in the condo. If you want to have extra spending money while on vacation this is the place. The best oysters on the beach is across the street at Shuckums all their food was great. Thanks to the host and staff of the ambassador. Big shout out to Bill and Dawn they made everything easy.

Great location; SUPER dirty

The booking process was easy. I spoke to Bill when he called to give me check in instructions, he was super nice. However, when we got there the unit was really dirty. The floors were filthy, the beds had sand in them already, the 3 towels provided smelled like cigarette smoke, the microwave was dirty and the bathroom was filthy. I was upset and messaged Bill on VRBO and got no response. It was so bad, i contemplated just leaving and booking somewhere else. The unit was extremely dated and the beds were miserably uncomfortable. The mattresses were terrible. This place would prob be ok for college kids or something. The shower was filthy, i had to wear my flip flops in the shower. What upsets me most is that i reached out twice during our stay about the conditions and asked for someone to come clean but NEVER got a response. Do yourself a favor, spend a little bit more money and stay somewhere else. I have never been so happy to leave the beach. This unit needs a deep clean and a overhaul. I wish i would have known before spending my money to stay here.

Filthy

This is the worst stay I’ve ever had at a VRBO. We come down here all the time, and stay at this same complex, however, this unit is not in shape to be rented! The smell of marijuana and cigarettes in this room and the smell of unwashed sheets/pillow cases/towels has made for a horrible stay. I specifically asked owner about smoke smell in room due to my child's asthma to which I was assured there was none. When we arrived, the smell of smoke/marijuana took our breath, I had to order air sanitizer and go up the stairs to top floor of complex to wash sheets, etc. This was a family gathering and we had nowhere else to stay last minute so we stuck it out for 2 days and are leaving a day early because of it. This room should not be rented in its condition not to mention the shower does not have hot water! Lastly, whoever the housekeeper is, offered to let someone in my room without asking for credentials last night, simply because they were knocking on my door. Wrong person yet she was going to just open the door? I read the last review on this room and thought, surely they are overreacting, TRUST ME, they were not. Stay somewhere else!

I love the Ambassador! Bill is great. This is our 3rd year there. I was not happy with the beds in 126. They are very uncomfortable. Seems like they are pretty old. They sink in the bathroom drains slow. Otherwise, our stay was great. The view is over the top gorgeous!
