Villa Eunice is a splendid two-story villa located on the high coast in front of the sea. It sleeps six people. From Villa Eunice you will enjoy a spectacular view of the sea, of Positano and of the Amalfi Coast. Villa Eunice is 150 square meters (1615 square feet). It features two gorgeous private terraces with a view of the sea and of the coastline, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be in the heart of Positano, a few steps from restaurants and shops. You will find the stop for the SITA bus Amalfi - Sorrento line at 50 meters (165 feet) and the closest beach (Spiaggia Grande di Positano) at roughly 1 km (0.6 miles). You will reach Villa Eunice along a 50-meters (165-feet) public walkway that has no stairway steps.
You will not need a car to stay at Villa Eunice. If you do have one, you will be able to park it on the premises, in a garage. The parking space is suitable for at most one small car (the size of a Fiat Punto or smaller).

Villa Eunice is located in one of the most beautiful panoramic areas of Positano: the villa is an old house built on the top of that high rocky spur overlooking the sea and which seems to “sustain” the main and most picturesque part of Positano, photographed and printed in every postcard.


The inhabitants of the place call this part of town “La Pigna” (pine cone) due to its round shape and to the fact that all the houses overlap one another just as on the shelf of a pineapple. The ‘Pigna’ separates the Spiaggia Grande (Large Beach) from the beach of Fornillo, and it features a flat summit shaped as a small triangle, the Punta Reginella. Villa Eunice is built on the top of the ‘Pigna’: once you have arrived on its terraces, you will feel as if in the first row to watch a marvelous show, in this case the scenery of Positano. You will be able to enjoy a breathtaking view of the sea, the town, and the coast.
Ground FloorTerrace 1
The first terrace is 120 square meters (1290 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a characteristic bougainvillea pergola and by a pergola with a bamboo roof. It is equipped with a small sofa and armchairs, as well as with a table, chairs, deck chairs and sun loungers. From the terrace you will enjoy a spectacular view of the sea and of the coastline.
Living Room 1
You will be able to enter the first living room from the terrace. The floor is paved with lucid sky-blue tiles. The furnishings are elegant and welcoming. The furnishings include two sofas. The dining table can accommodate six guests. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the terrace with a view of the sea through three double-glazed French doors. The room also has a double-glazed arched window with a view of the sea and of Positano. It is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Living Room 2
You will be able to enter the second living room from the terrace. The floor is paved with bright sea green majolica tiles. The ceiling is vaulted. The furnishings are simple and comfortable. The furnishings include two sofas. The dining table can accommodate six guests. From the living room you will be able to enter the terrace through a French door. The room is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Living Room 3
You will be able to enter the third living room from the main entrance hall. The floor is paved with lucid blue majolica tiles. The ceiling is vaulted. The furnishings are simple and comfortable. The furnishings include a sofa. From the living room you will be able to enter the terrace through a French door. The room also has a window.
Kitchen
You will be able to enter the kitchen from the living room. It is equipped with a five-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, an Italian-style coffee-maker and other small appliances. Here you will also find a washing machine. From the kitchen a double-glazed French door will take you to the terrace with a view of the sea and of the coastline. The room has two double-glazed windows with a view of the sea and of the terrace.
Half bath
The half-bath is small and equipped with a washbasin and a toilet. You will be able to enter it from the third living room.
Laundry room
You will be able to reach the laundry room from the second living room. Here you will find an iron and an ironing board at your disposal. First FloorTerrace 2
The second terrace is 65 square meters (700 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a pergola with a bamboo roof. It is equipped with a table, chairs and deck chairs. From the terrace you will enjoy a bright view of the sea.
Living Room 4
You will be able to enter the fourth living room through an access area. The furnishings include two single divan beds and a desk. From the living room you will be able to enter the second terrace with a view of the sea through a French door. The room is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bedroom 1
You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the living room. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The furnishings include two armchairs. From the bedroom you will be able to enter the second terrace with a view of the sea and of the coastline through a French door. The room also has a window. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bedroom 2
You will be able to enter the second bedroom through an access area. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). There is a small fireplace made of bricks, for decorative purposes only. The furnishings include a bedroom chair and a desk. In this room you will find a television (local channels). The room has three double-glazed windows with a nice view of the sea. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bathroom 1
The first bathroom is tiled with lucid blue majolica tiles and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the corridor.
Bathroom 2
The second bathroom is tiled with lucid red majolica tiles and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter the bathroom through an access area.
