Guest fall in Love with the Amazing VIEWS, private home in a quiet location. Offers private driveway parking spaces, minutes to Heavenly lifts, casinos, beaches, beautiful fully remodeled kitchen, baths, 2 bedrooms, Private main with En suite bath, 2 full baths, new ceiling fans in every room, new full size washer-dryer.
HOA RULES
● This rental is located in a residential neighborhood. Loud parties and disruptive behavior are not tolerated. This neighborhood is monitored by a 24/7 call service.
● Quiet hours are 9 pm - 8 am.
● Two (2) cars maximum allowed. we have a private driveway, however Renters are required to properly display a host-provided parking permit on the driver’s side dashboard of their vehicle. Failure to display the parking permit may result in a citation and fine of $500 to the owner of the vehicle.
● Fireworks, wood fire pits, and charcoal BBQ s are strictly prohibited.
● During inclement winter weather either 4WD and snow tires, or 2WD and chains are required to access this Unit. All guests must move all vehicles within 24 hours of a snow storm.`
● We have a STRICT NO PETS Policy based on Owner Medical condition.
● Inclement weather: all cars must be cleared of snow
within twenty-four (24) hours of the beginning of the snowstorm. All cars must be
moved within twenty-four (24) hours after a snowstorm. we provide snow removal of our private driveway area and walkways, snow shovels are provided for guests
● Fully stocked kitchen for all the chefs, brand new stainless gas appliances stocked New Weber natural gas grill located on the deck.

Lovely home in a nice location. The view is better than the pictures show. The location is great, near the top of Daggett Pass with a clear view down the mountain to the lake. It is close to stores, South Lake Tahoe, hikes, golfing, etc. The house itself is very comfortable and cozy

Unbeatable Location.

If you want the best views of the lake with the best sunset of Lake Tahoe this place is the be. Steve and Irene were awesome hosts, everything we needed was stocked and everything was clean. Couldn’t ask for a better place and hosts. If you don’t mind being about 10-15 min away from the crowd with views to make up for it then this is the place. I would definitely stay here again.

Spectacular views...

This was a very nice and comfortable cabin on top of a mountain. Great views when the smoke clears from all the forest fires. Would recommend to couples just wanting to relax.

Features rustic chic open beams with massive windows for full views of the lake and ski runs at Heavenly. As you step in your eyes focus to the gorgeous lake view all around the living space. The deck offers indoor-outdoor options to enjoy the tranquil nature setting. Our home is on a quite cul- de- sac and nestled amongst open BLM land. We offer two assigned parking spaces steps from the house.

View, View View! Our observation deck sits 90 feet high over the trees for outstanding views! Completely remodeled chalet. Living area includes a HD 55-inch ROKU TV. Ottomans open to tray table and extra blanket storage. Ceiling fans with remote in every room .Our home if fully licensed as required by Douglas County and Summit Village HOA.
Additionally, a Full kitchen for all the chefs, stocked with plenty of serving items, fully stocked kitchen
Pro grade grill located on the deck.
The house offers 2 full bathrooms with plenty of towels and eco-friendly bath products. games, closets in each bedroom. 2 private parking spaces with steps to the front door.
