Villa Tarcisia is a charming three-story historical villa created inside an ancient watch tower. It sleeps ten people. From Villa Tarcisia you will have a partial view over the Bay of Naples and Mount Vesuvius and of the sea at a distance. Villa Tarcisia is 450 square meters (4850 square feet). It features a private swimming pool, nice private terraces, a private patio, a private garden, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be roughly 5 km (3.1 miles) from Vico Equense. You will find a number of restaurants, shops at 3.5 km (roughly 2.2 miles) and the closest beach at 6 km (roughly 3.7 miles). You will reach Villa Tarcisia from the parking area without having to climb any steps.
To stay at Villa Tarcisia you will need a car. You will be able to park it on the premises, inside the entrance gate. Please note that access to Villa Tarcisia is along a narrow road, not suitable for large SUVs, motorhomes, caravans.

Swimming Pool
You will reach the swimming pool from Villa Tarcisia along a walkway that cuts through the garden. The pool is 6 meters (20 feet) large by 12 meters (39 feet) long, 2.3 meters (7.5 feet) deep. The area is equipped with a table, sun umbrellas, deck chairs, sun loungers and an external shower. The pool is open from the beginning of May until the end of September.
Patio
The patio is 100 square meters (1076 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a pergola with a bamboo roof and by trees. It is equipped with a wickerwork sofa and four armchairs and with tables, chairs and an hammock. Here you will also find a brickwork barbecue.
Garden
The garden is 500 square meters (5380 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by olive trees and by pinetrees.
Bottom FloorLiving Room 1
The furnishings of the living room are elegant. The furnishings include three sofas. There is a big fireplace made of bricks. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the garden through a French door.
Living Room 2
You will be able to enter the second living room from the dining room going down three steps. The furnishings include a sofa and a desk. From the living room you will be able to enter the garden through a French door.
Dining Room
The ceiling of the dining room has characteristic exposed wood beams. The furnishings are elegant and refined, and include some antique pieces. The dining table can accommodate eight guests. From the dining room you will be able to enter the patio through two French doors.
Kitchen
You will be able to enter the kitchen from the dining room. It is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a large refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker and other small appliances. The dining table can accommodate four guests. The kitchen is also equipped with a satellite television (local channels). From the kitchen a French door will take you to the patio.
Bedroom 1 with en-suite bathroom
You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the corridor. The furnishings are elegant and welcoming, and include some antique pieces. The room has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). The room has a window. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a fully enclosed shower.
Bedroom 2
You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the second living room. It has two twin beds (80 cm/32 inches), that can be pushed together into a matrimonial bed if requested (please contact our staff in advance to make arrangements). The room has a window with a view of the greenery. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Half bath
The half-bath is equipped with a washbasin and a toilet. You will be able to enter it from the second living room.
Middle FloorTerrace 1
The first terrace is 30 square meters (320 square feet) large. You will be able to enter it from the study. It is equipped with a table, chairs and deck chairs. From the terrace you will enjoy a partial view over the Bay of Naples and Mount Vesuvius and of the sea at a distance.
Living Room 3
You will be able to enter the third living room from the study climbing five steps. The furnishings include a sofa and an armchair. From the living room you will be able to enter the garden through a French door.
Study
The furnishings of the study are elegant and refined. They include a sofa and a desk. From the study you will be able to enter the first terrace through two French doors.
Bedroom 3 with en-suite bathroom
You will be able to enter the third bedroom from the study. The furnishings are elegant, and include some antique pieces. The room has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). From the bedroom you will be able to enter the first terrace through a French door. The room has a Juliet balcony with a view of the garden. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a bathtub with fixed shower head and a hairdryer.

The first bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a shower. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the third living room.

The furnishings of the fourth living room include a sofa and a desk. From the living room you will be able to enter the second terrace through a French door. The room has a window with a view of the greenery and of the sea at a distance.
Bathroom 2
The second bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a fully enclosed shower. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the fourth living room.
Mezzanine LevelBedroom 4
You will be able to enter the fourth bedroom fourth living room going up a spiral staircase. In the living room you will find an open mezzanine level, without door. The ceiling is vaulted. The room has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Annex, Bottom LevelVerandah
You will be able to reach the verandah from the garden. Is equipped with a wickerwork sofa and two armchairs. In the verandah you will find a fitness area equipped with an exercise bike and a home gym. From the verandah you will enjoy an enchanting view of the coast and of the sea at a distance.
