perfect condo for Solitude Seeker! Enjoy the refreshing quiet of the back screen porch which is adjacent to a wooded area with a creek!! Access to the community pool as well. Your HOA fee covers water, sewer, cable TV and landscaping. New laminate flooring on 1st level. New wooden cabinets as well. Yet close to shopping, interstate, and Ft Jackson. Zoned for Rich 2 schools. So much for so little!!
