Thanks for staying with us. The dumpster is emptied each week. I am not sure what would have made it smell so bad. It is used to dispose of household trash. There are more parking spaces than residents. The entire other side of the parking lot is for visitors and I have never seen it full so I am not sure what you are referring to when you say the neighbors blocked you. We own the entire 2nd floor. Usually when someone lets their pet outside is poops once in one place. I will bring up your concerns about the dog to the HOA board. That is a big sidewalk so if it was cover in poop there must have been a pack of dogs in the area. Travel safely.

Christi, Your check in instructions were sent to you in advance along with your door lock access code. Your attempt to access our lock was invalid after 7 wrong attempts and that occurred between 11:54pm and 12:04am. It was your user error that locked you out. You failed to enter the correct lock code that was set to give you access. I was not available at 12:04 am in the night. I responded to you at 7:33 am the next morning. We provided you correct instructions on how to enter. It was user error on your part that locked you out. After multiple incorrect codes were entered the lock automatically disables in order to prevent unauthorized access. We were not the reason that you had to make other arrangement for your visit. The next day when you entered the code assigned to you the door opened as designed. It was obvious that you wanted to place the blame on me not your user error. As I explained to you we made our unit available for your booking and we honored that booking. In your response to me and I quote " I am not an idiot i was inputting that correct code" Our lock shows that you entered the wrong code multiple times and that is why it became disabled. We are very sorry that you had this problem but we did not cause you any damage or harm. It seems that your 3 star rating is simply punishment because we did not pay for your hotel room for that night. As you said "very happy with the place" would not warrant 3 Stars.
