Casa Melampo is a graceful apartment that covers the entire top floor of an ancient country manor situated in the heart of the Tuscan countryside. It sleeps six people. From Casa Melampo you will enjoy a splendid view of the surrounding countryside and of the greenery. Casa Melampo is 70 square meters (750 square feet). It features a private garden and winter heating.
You will be roughly 1 km (0.6 miles) from the hamlet of Pian di Rocca, where you will find a restaurant. You will find a number of restaurants at 6 km (roughly 3.7 miles), a grocery store at 800 meters (880 yards) and the closest beach (Le Rocchette Beach) at 3 km (roughly 1.86 miles).
Casa Melampo is located on the first floor of an ancient farmhouse. You will reach it from the entrance of the building going up an external stairway which consists of approximately 20 steps.
To stay at Casa Melampo you will need a car. You will be able to park it free of charge inside the entrance gate. The parking space is suitable for up to two cars. Garden
In the garden there will be a private area for your own exclusive use. The garden is 400 square meters (4300 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by trees and by a gazebo. It is equipped with a table, chairs and deck chairs. Here you will also find a brickwork barbecue. From the garden you will enjoy a pleasant view of cultivated fields and of the surrounding countryside.

Living Room
You will be able to enter the living room from the kitchen. The furnishings are bright and cheerful. The furnishings include an armchair and a divan bed for one guest. In this room you will find a television (local channels). The room has a window with a view of the greenery and of the valley.
Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, an Italian-style coffee-maker and a kettle. The dining table can accommodate six guests. The furnishings of the kitchen include a small sofa. The kitchen has a window with a view of the Tuscany Maremma. The kitchen is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bedroom 1
You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the corridor. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The room has a window with a view of the Tuscany Maremma. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bedroom 2
You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the corridor. The bedroom has a wrought iron matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed) and a single bed (80 cm/32 inches). The room has a window with a view of the greenery. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bathroom
The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a large shower and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the corridor.

You will be able to reach the laundry room from the garden. Here you will find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board at your disposal.
