Appartamento Trudi A is a graceful apartment situated at a short distance from the shores of Lake Como. It sleeps four people. From Appartamento Trudi A you will enjoy a nice view of Lake Como and of the municipal park. Appartamento Trudi A is 65 square meters (700 square feet). It features air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be approximately 500 meters (550 yards) from the center of Bellagio, where you will find restaurants, shops, the lake and the tourist port. You will find the stop for Linee Lecco bus Bellagio - Lecco line at 400 meters (1300 feet) and the closest beach (Lido di Bellagio) at roughly 800 meters (half a mile).
Appartamento Trudi A is located on the first floor of a two story building. You will reach it from the parking area going up a short walkway that comprises a steep incline and includes approximately six stairway steps.
You will not need a car to stay at Appartamento Trudi A. If you do have one, you will be able to park it free of charge in a garage. The parking space is suitable for at most one car.
Please kindly note. The rental price includes: final cleaning; linens; towels; electricity. Tourist tax, paid locally: From April 1 to October 31: EUR 3.00 per person per night for the first 7 nights. Guests aged under 11 are exempt.
Living Room
The living room is paved with wood. The furnishings are simple and comfortable. The furnishings include a divan that unfolds into a double bed. The dining table can accommodate four guests. In this room you will find a flat-screen satellite television (local channels). The room has two large windows with a view of the lake and of the mountains.
Kitchen
You will be able to enter the kitchen from the living room. It is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, a small refrigerator without freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker and other small appliances. The kitchen has a window.
Bedroom with en-suite bathroom
You will be able to enter the bedroom from the living room. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The room has a window. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer.
Laundry room
You will be able to reach the laundry room from the inner yard of the building through an external access. Here you will find a washing machine located inside the garage at your disposal.
