Great house, great location.

Our second visit to this lovely house, fantastically presented, both inside and outside. Great views from the terrace, peaceful location with good restaurants and bakery within walking distance. A perfect place for a relaxing holiday.

Magnifique maison dans magnifique cadre

Nous avons passé un très bon moment dans cette belle maison spacieuse et très bien équipée. La véranda est un atout indéniable, et l'accès au site ostréicole par le portillon est le petit plus que nous avons fort apprécié. L'île, même si assez fréquentée, regorge d'endroits magnifiques et de pépites qu'il suffit de dénicher en cherchant un peu. Bref, de très bons souvenirs.

Sehr schönes Haus mit tollem Blick

Das Haus ist sehr schön und verfügt über zahlreiche Sitzecken, wo jeder seine Lieblingsecke finden kann. Man hat einen schönen Blick auf das Meer, auch vom Wohnzimmer aus und einen riesigen Garten, in dem die Kinder toll spielen konnten. Die Kommunikation im Vorfeld hat super geklappt.

Erneut Super

Zum zweiten Mal in dem wunderschönen Haus gewesen. Erneut haben wir uns super wohl gefühlt und den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die neue Holzterrasse wurde kurz vor unserer Ankunft fertig gestellt und er wertet das Haus noch mehr auf. Ebenso die tollen Gartenmöbel. Freuen uns irgendwann wieder zu kommen.

tres beau sejour tres calme

grande maison très accueillante et très bien équipée. jardin spatieux ..bbq..tout y est pour passer des vacances au calme à 2 pas du centre ville et de la plage . la onage au pied de la maison n'est pas accessible pour la baignade mais permet de prendre l'apéritif face au coucher de soleil. .magnifique.

Nous avons passé 2 semaines de rêve avec nos 3 enfants (18, 15 et 12 ans) dans cette très belle maison, idéalement située, dans un cadre exceptionnel et au calme. Tout est prévu pour y passer des vacances reposantes, avec tout le confort nécessaire: une très belle adresse, qui nous a fait découvrir les charmes d’Oleron. À louer sans hésiter!!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille

La maison très fonctionnelle et décorée avec goût est située dans un quartier résidentiel tranquille. Nous avons apprécié son ouverture sur la mer et le site ostréicole de Fort Royer. Il suffit de traverser un petit chemin pour aller déguster des huîtres ou autres fruits de mer dans des cabanes typiques. Le propriétaire a été très réactif à nos demandes ou remarques. Nous recommandons chaudement cette location.
