Maison de L'Océan - Piscine privé et jardin

We are offering this charming house for rent in Saint-Pierre-d'Oléron, less than a kilometre from the beach. It features a swimming pool, has a floor area of 140 m² and can accommodate up to 6 guests. It comprises a lovely 55 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, three beautiful bedrooms, two bathrooms, and you can enjoy a garden of around 700 m². Wi-Fi (fibre optic), bed linen and towels included – we’re just waiting for you!

The accommodation is laid out as follows
- A 55 m² living area with TV, sofas...
- A fully equipped kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- Bedroom 1: with a queen-size bed (160×200) and en-suite shower room
- Bedroom 2: with a queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 3: with two single beds (90x190)
- A bathroom with a bath
- Two separate toilets

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, fan, ironing board and iron.

Outdoors
- A private, heated swimming pool (7.3x3.5m), open from May to the end of September, secured by a sliding terrace
- A beautiful, enclosed garden with trees, covering 700 m²
- A 60 m² terrace with furniture to enjoy sunny days

The house is ideally situated in Saint-Pierre-d’Oléron, in a very pleasant setting. You’ll find all essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market...

Il manquait un matelas pour le lit bébé, il nous a été amené tout de suite. La maison est très agréable à vivre, bien décorée et propre. La présence de jouets pour enfants est un plus non négligeable Seul petit bémol, il n’y avait pas de gel douche comme indiqué dans l’annonce, ni de papier toilettes… de plus, l’eau chaude était très difficile à obtenir dans la cuisine Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !"
