Casa Ulivella is an elegant and welcoming apartment surrounded by the greenery. It sleeps four people. From Casa Ulivella you will enjoy a broad view of the garden. Casa Ulivella is 50 square meters (540 square feet). It features two shared swimming pools, a shared garden, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be roughly 2.5 km (1.5 miles) from Lido Marini, where you will find restaurants and shops. You will find the beach at 3 km (roughly 1.86 miles). You will reach Casa Ulivella from the parking area along a 50-meters (165-feet) public walkway that cuts through the garden and has no stairway steps.
To stay at Casa Ulivella you will need a car. You will be able to park it in a fenced covered parking space.

The Ulivella apartments are located in a park-like tourism complex. You'll be able to make use of two swimming pools as well as a spa. The peacefulness and outdoor spaces give you a perfectly relaxing stay.

The swimming pool is 8 meters (26 feet) large by 16 meters (52 feet) long. In order to use the swimming pool a bathing cap is required. The swimming pool area is equipped with a table, chairs, sun umbrellas, deck chairs, sun loungers and external showers. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a broad view of the greenery and of the garden. You will share the pool with the other guests staying at the complex. It is open from the end of April until the end of October.
Please kindly note. The rental price includes: final cleaning; linens and towels; electricity. Available for a fee, if desired:breakfast pack EUR 7.00/person per day. Tourist tax, paid locally: From June 15 to September 15: EUR 0.50 per person per night for the first 7 nights. Guests aged under 13 are exempt.
Swimming Pool 2
The swimming pool is 8 meters (26 feet) large by 10 meters (33 feet) long. The swimming pool has a sinuous shape. In order to use the swimming pool a bathing cap is required. It is an infinity pool and has a cervical hydromassage shower. The swimming pool area is equipped with a table, chairs, deck chairs, sun loungers, a gazebo and external showers. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a broad view of the greenery and of the garden. You will share the pool with the other guests staying at the complex. It is open from the end of April until the end of October.
Garden
The garden is 30000 square meters (323000 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a gazebo and by trees. It is equipped with a table and chairs. In the garden you will find a children's playground. From the garden you will enjoy a characteristic view of the greenery. You will share the garden with the other guests staying at the complex.
Wellness room with bathroom
You will be able to enter the wellness room garden. In the wellness room you will find a chromoterapy shower. Here you will also find a Jacuzzi pool (3 by 2 meters, 9.8 by 6.5 feet) with four seats. The Jacuzzi pool is open from 4 pm to 8 pm. This room has a bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer. You will share the wellness room with the other guests staying at the complex.
 Living Room
The furnishings of the living room are simple and comfortable. Here you will find two twin beds (80 cm/32 inches), that can be pushed together into a matrimonial bed if requested (please contact our staff in advance to make arrangements). In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer and an Italian-style coffee-maker. The dining table can accommodate four guests. In this room you will find a television (local channels). The room has a double-glazed high window with a view of the garden and of the inner yard. It is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bedroom
You will be able to enter the bedroom from the living room. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The room has a double-glazed window with a view of the garden. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bathroom
The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the living room.
