This newly renovated and furnished 4-bedroom, 3.5 bathroom house is located in one of the best locations of the highly desirable Regal Oaks Resort with the most magnificent water front view. The backyard of the house faces a beautiful lake and has screened patio with private Jacuzzi and luxurious patio furniture. After a long day you could either sit in the patio chairs/lounge sipping a glass of wine or relax in the private hot tub while enjoying the beautiful sunset lake view. You will often see DEER coming by the water enjoying the view with you! The house is totally carpet-free so that you don't need to worry about allergies caused by the carpet fabric. It is our goal and top priority to make sure you feel as comfortable and enjoyable as possible when you stay in this house, we provide high quality furniture, luxurious bedding, as well as new cookware, and new kitchen and dining supplies. We also provide high chair, Pack 'n Play, stools for your children.

LIVING SPACE:

The living room is comfortable and spacious – designed to maximize comfort and convenience and ensure that there is plenty of room for you and your whole family. The living room includes a comfortable leather sofa, coffee table with additional seating, and a 75” smart TV with complimentary Netflix access.

The lanai is the perfect place to relax – whether you want to enjoy the jacuzzi hot tub or simply enjoy the beautiful lake view and take in the beautiful Florida sunshine from the comfort of the chaise lounges.

KITCHEN:

Enjoy the ability to dine comfortably at our spacious dining room table with your whole family! Our kitchen was recently remodeled with quartz counter tops, a beautiful backsplash, and a brand new sink and faucets. The kitchen is well-equipped with all of the cookware and dining supplies that you and your family might need to offer you the flexibility of being able to enjoy a home-cooked meal, including pots, pans, blender, mixing bowls, kettle, oven tray, mitts, and more. A Keurig coffee machine with k-cups is provided and, in an effort to reduce your need to purchase plastic water bottles, an H2O pure water filter system with double filters has been installed for your convenience

ENTERTAINMENT:

In addition to the 75” smart TV in the living room, there are 4 more smart TVs in our home (one in each bedroom). Netflix service is provided free of charge and available on all of the TVs, meaning that you will be able to watch Netflix on all 5 smart TVs simultaneously! Wi-fi is available throughout the home and a cellphone/tablet charging station is also included.

BEDROOMS:

Our 4-bedroom home has 1 ensuite bedroom on the first floor (perfect for any family members who may have difficulty walking upstairs) and 3 bedrooms on the second floor (including the master bedroom with an ensuite and private balcony). Each bedroom is fully furnished with luxury bedding, a smart TV, dresser, and closet, and are beautifully decorated to ensure that you feel at home!

LITTLE ONES:

To ensure a perfect stay for families with young children, we have included a high chair, booster seat, pack ’n play with mattress, baby bathtub, as well as a kids step stool.

ADDITIONAL:

For your convenience, a full-size washer and dryer are included, as well as an iron, ironing board, and multiple hair dryers. Fresh bath towels and pool towels are also provided for all guests. The pool towels can be used at the resort clubhouse’s swimming pool but must be brought back to our house after use. An optional private propane BBQ grill is also available for your use (additional fee), but please ensure to use responsibly for your safety.

RESORT:

As part of your stay, you will have full access to the beautiful Regal Oaks Resort and all its amenities free of charge! With the resort’s 24-hour on-site security, you will be sure to feel at ease during your holiday, while the recreational activities available are sure to create a playful and relaxing environment for the whole family. The resort has swimming pools, a jacuzzi, water slides, and a poolside bar – perfect for hours of family fun outdoors under the sun. The Regal Oaks Clubhouse (only a 2 min walk from the home) is the hub of the resort, which includes features for adults and children alike. Enjoy the use of the fitness center and tennis courts and grab a bite to eat at the restaurant and mini market. The business center is also available for any desktop access or printing needs.
