This apartment, which sleeps up to 10 people, is the ideal place to spend your holidays with family or friends in the resort of Haute-Nendaz. It is in an excellent location in the resort, only a few steps from the ski lifts and the Tracouet ski slope, within the premium Mer de Glace complex and has stunning views of the surrounding mountains.
We provide 4 unlimited and non-nominative spa passes with the apartment rental. (Subject to spa opening hours. It is not possible to have additional passes but individual entries can be purchased on site).

Washing machine and dryer in the apartment and wifi throughout the apartment.
There is 1 undercover parking space at your disposal, contact us if you need an extra space (height of the front door of the garage is 2.25m).
The Nendaz ski lift, supermarkets, restaurants, ice rink and spa are all within easy walking distance.

Wonderful, spacious and well-equipped apartment.
Our group loved the apartment. The kitchen is very well-equipped and the set up is very practical. The living room is very pleasant and bright. We really enjoyed the views. The bedrooms and bathrooms are very comfortable. The location of the apartment is excellent. We did not use our car at all during the week. Walking distance to the ski rental, ski slopes, supermarket and restaurants. Use of the spa was a really nice addition.

The home is stunning! Perfect for our group of four adults with extra space. The only thing I would change about the home is having a larger TV to fit the area. Water pressure was good, plenty of hot water. Be prepared to buy groceries (including coffee) and get this in advance as the grocery store closes at 7pm!This was our first time staying in a chalet in the Swiss Alps and our first experience with a parking garage and access such as this. We drove from Zurich and got to the home very late at night, so being in the dark, in an unfamiliar place was challenging. It would have been better for the host to send specific photos of what to look for in whatsapp vs a pdf document that was small font and reading on an hand held device. The host was responsive but it took several requests to get assistance and the initial response from their side was to "refer to the document" - I felt a bit slighted about that. It would have also helped to have some pointers on the area - where to eat, how the spa access works. I got the impression most guests who book this home are educated on the formalities. We were native English speakers and adjusting to the new surroundings took a few days. Getting from the main highway to the home takes about 20-25 mins depending how fast you drive around the curves. We would stay here again now that I have a better understanding of how things work!

super séjour à Haute Nendaz
Très joli appartement avec une jolie vue et bien agencé.
L'accès aux mers de glace est un atout.
Le service Altipik est au top, avec une réactivité et un vrai désir de contenter le client.
Le logement est bien situé, idéal pour le départ de randonnées.
la literie pourrait être de meilleure qualité: les matelas sont déformés, peu confortables, ainsi que les coussins qui sont petits et durs.

Appartement familial très bien situé
Les grands espaces de l’appartement
Toutes les chambres ont une salle de bains.
La propreté des salles de bains et des chambres.
La proximité des commerces et des remontées mécanique.
Le local à ski privé est extrêmement pratique.
La réactivité de l’équipe Altipik en cas de souci dans l’appartement.
L’accès au Spa de l’hôtel de 4 vallées
Tous les ustensiles dans la cuisine ainsi que la vaisselle devraient être renouvelé car ils commencent à se faire vieux.
L’équipe de nettoyage devrait prendre en compte les tiroirs dans la cuisine lors du nettoyage entre les locataires.

Magnifique appartement familial
Les espaces, la propreté, le local à ski, l'emplacement central, l'accès aux remontées à pied et l'accès au SPA.
Ajouter plus d'accès au SPA, comme le spa est souvent complet, 4 accès pour un appartement si grand ne permet pas à toute la famille d'en profiter ensemble. Et une place de parc en plus offrirait plus de confort.

Merci pour votre retour. Nous aimerions pouvoir fournir plus de pass, mais nous n'avons simplement pas la possibilité. C'est un arrangement avec l'hôtel, qui nous octroie 4 pass par année. Il n'est en aucun cas possible d'acheter des pass non nominatifs supplémentaires.
Nous aimerions aussi pouvoir fournir une place de parking supplémentaire, mais il n'y en a plus de disponible dans ce parking. Il est possible d'en louer à la semaine à l'étage inférieur.

Appartement parfait pour des vacances avec enfants
L'appartement est très bien agencé et très spacieux pour 2 familles avec enfants. Il est très pratique en hiver, car il y a un accès direct depuis le garage au funiculaire qui mène direct à la télécabine. Le spa des 4 Vallées est très bien y compris avec des enfants.

Top Appartment in super Lage (Skiurlaub)
Das Appartement liegt mitten in Haute-Nendaz.
Die Räumlichkeiten sind alle sehr sauber und es fehlt an nichts. Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet und bietet viel Platz.
Die Schlafzimmer sind relativ klein, es braucht aber auch nicht mehr!
Sehr positiv für den Skiurlaub, war der Stehlift, der direkt über die Tiefgarage erreichbar ist und direkt an der Talstation auskommt, bzw. ins Dorf führt. Man brauch also nicht lange schleppen.
Das einzig negative war für uns, dass wir den Spa nicht nutzen konnten, da er ständig „wegen Überfüllung geschlossen“ war. Da der Bereich auch für Nichtgäste der Hotel- & Appartementanlage zugänglich ist, war es kaum Möglich dort hinein zu kommen. Sehr schade, da wir uns unter anderem wegen dem Spa für das Appartement entschieden hatten.

Uns hat alles gefallen. Die Buchung und die Organisation waren einfach und unproblematisch.
Das Apartment war sehr gut ausgestattet wir hatten noch niemals ein so gut ausgestattetes Apartment. Der Ausblick war ebenfalls grandios und die Lage zum Lift sehr angenehm.
Ehrlich gesagt, wüsste ich nicht, was zu verbessern ist.

Magnifique séjour
L'appartement est très bien aménagé, équipement très complet. Magnifique vue. La passerelle au 4ème étage permet d'accéder aux télécabines facilement lorsque le funiculaire est en panne.

Thank you for your review. We are sorry if you had the feeling you had to wait too long for your deposit but our conditions say up to 7 working days. We refunded as soon as the apartment was cleaned which was 5 days later than your departure.
If we deduct anything we keep our guests informed and this practise of several days after departure is standard in our business. Overall I think you had a great time, which is the most important thing. Regards, Laetitia
