Villino Clizia is a romantic and welcoming two-story villa with a view of the sea and of the Bay of Naples. It sleeps two people. From Villino Clizia you will enjoy a spectacular view over Sorrento, the Bay of Naples and Mount Vesuvius and of the sea. Villino Clizia is 85 square meters (915 square feet). It features a private swimming pool, a panoramic private terrace with a view of the sea and of the coastline, a private patio, a private garden, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be roughly 2.5 km (1.5 miles) from Sorrento, where you will find restaurants, shops, public transportation, the beach and the tourist port. You will find the stop for SITA bus Sorrento - Massa Lubrense - Nerano line at 80 meters (roughly 260 feet) and the closest beach (Marina Grande of Sorrento Beach) at 2.5 km (roughly 1.5 miles). You will reach Villino Clizia from the parking area going down a short route that cuts through the garden and includes approximately 40 stairway steps.
For a successful stay at Villino Clizia we recommend having a car. You will be able to park it free of charge inside the entrance gate, not suitable for large SUVs, motorhomes, caravans.

The garden and the swimming pool of Villino Clizia are very striking. They are located at the peak of a cliff from which you can enjoy a spectacular view of the sea.


For this reason, Villino Clizia is not suitable for small children, as well as the owner's dogs are free to roam in the nearby grounds and may occasionally enter the premises.
Swimming Pool
The swimming pool is 5 meters (16 feet) large by 9 meters (30 feet) long. The swimming pool has a sinuous shape. The swimming pool area is equipped with a small sofa and two armchairs, and it is partly shaded by characteristic trees. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a charming view of the sea and of the greenery. The pool is open from the beginning of May until the end of September.
Terrace
The terrace is 30 square meters (320 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by tall trees. It is equipped with a table, chairs, a sun umbrella and two sun loungers. From the terrace you will enjoy a thrilling view over Sorrento, the Bay of Naples and Mount Vesuvius and of the sea.
Garden
The garden is 500 square meters (5380 square feet). It is partly shaded by imposing trees. It is equipped with two sun loungers. Here you will also find a stonework barbecue. From the garden you will enjoy a fascinating view of the greenery and of the swimming pool.
Parking
The parking area is shared with the owners, and there will be an area reserved for your exclusive use. The parking space is suitable for one car. Entrance LevelKitchen
The kitchen is paved with terracotta tiles. The ceiling is high and vaulted. It is equipped with a five-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, an American-style refrigerator with ice-maker, an Italian-style coffee-maker, an American-style coffee-maker and other small appliances. The dining table can accommodate four guests. From the kitchen two French doors will take you to the terrace and a small balcony with a marvelous view of the sea.
Bottom LevelPatio
The patio is 30 square meters (320 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by characteristic trees. It is equipped with a table and chairs. From the patio you will enjoy a spellbinding view of the greenery and, partially, of the sea.
Bedroom - a suite with en-suite bathroom
This suite is made up by three interconnected rooms: a sleeping area, a sitting area and a bathroom. The bedroom is paved with wood. The furnishings are warm and elegant. The room has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). There is a small fireplace. The furnishings include a sofa. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). From the bedroom you will be able to enter the patio with a view of the sea and of the coastline through three French doors. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer.
Laundry room
You will be able to reach the laundry room from the patio. Here you will find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board at your disposal.
