Lady Victoria House with High Speed Wifi

Surrounded with 360 degree views of blue skies and aspens as far as the eye can see. Lady Victoria is a charming 4-bedroom, 3-bath, 2-story home located in the Tenderfoot subdivision of Red River. This quaint little home features a downstairs master bedroom with a queen bed and a downstairs bathroom with a shower and a washer/dryer. 10 guests will sleep comfortably and enjoy the privacy of their mountain getaway at Lady Victoria. The High Speed WiFi makes this a great choice for those who work remotely!



The cozy living room has a large flat-screen Tv and a wood-burning fireplace that you will enjoy from the adjoining dining area as well. The fully-equipped kitchen is available for all of those home-away-from-home cooked meals that just seem to taste better when on vacation (or you can catch the complimentary town trolley to one of our local eateries).



Upstairs boasts another bedroom complete with a private full bathroom (tub/shower), queen bed, a private balcony and sitting area. A second upstairs bedroom also has a queen bed, and another is furnished with 2 twin bunks. There is an additional full bath (tub/shower) on this level. This property has a total of 1472 square feet.



High Speed WiFi Access Available. The property has Smart TV in 3 bedrooms and the Living Room. Trailer parking available. This property will accept two dogs under 100 lbs., with a $125 nonrefundable pet fee, due at check in. Firewood is not provided at this property.

All reservations are subject to our rental terms and conditions and cancellation/refund policy. In the event of a cancelation, merchant service charges are non-refundable.



**Please note that during the fall of 2024 and spring/summer of 2025 the town of Red River will be replacing waterlines. Their normal working hours are from 7am-5pm Monday-Friday; however, there might be times that they have to conduct work during the weekends. You can expect traffic distributions and temporary water outrages while they are working. Please note that on-street residential parking might not be available during construction. During these times, access to Red River and Pioneer Creek recreational area might be reduced or diverted. Please be aware that any construction or town activity is not in our control. If you have any questions, please let us know.

Looked better than the pictures...plenty of space in the rooms...could of had some more pans for eggs and the hot water was a little tricky ...couple mins from the lift...no problem parking 3 vehicles...overall we loved it

Easy clean up, was a little disappointed with the showers- they were either scalding hot or freezing cold. One shower had a hole in the wall and the others facet was coming out of the wall. Interior furnishings outdated but very comfy and clean.

A place to play in the snow!

The house was perfect for us. The downstairs family gathering spot was roomy enough and we could all be together. There is a fireplace, but we did not use it. The 3rd bathroom downstairs was great as well as the washer & dryer. There were no pics of the kitchen on the listing. It is a very nice kitchen with everything you need. The kids wanted snow and played without stop. The deer and bunnies visited the yard daily. Roads were kept clear and the neighborhood is nice and only a 2 minute drive to town.
