Grandview #11 Townhouse With High Speed Wifi

Two bedroom townhouse that sits on the east end of town, and is within walking distance to shops and restaurants. The Master bedroom has a king bed and private balcony, bedroom two has a king bed and there is a queen sleeper in the living room. It also has one and 3/4 bathrooms, fireplace, unit includes a smart Tv in each room, High Speed WiFi for personal streaming logins or working remotely , full kitchen, and great views of the mountain. Sleeps 6. The property has 1036 square feet.



This property will accept two dogs under 100 lbs., with a $125 nonrefundable pet fee, due at check in. Renter must obey leash law, pick up after their pet, and will be held responsible for any damage occurring to the unit.

The unit has a washer/dryer for your convenience. All reservations are subject to our rental terms and conditions and cancellation/refund policy. In the event of a cancelation, merchant service charges are non-refundable. If you have any questions, please reach out prior to your stay.

Great place, great location, great service!!

We rented our condo during Spring Break and it was great! Not far from the resort, but far enough to feel slightly removed when needed! Loved the amenities and would definitely stay, and hope to stay, there again!

My sister and I came to Red River for a quick ski trip. We had a blast!

This property is just as described. It was clean and the beds were very comfortable. My sister needed a good wifi connection as she had to work, and she said the connection was good and she was able to work online without any problems. I would definitely stay here again!

Great location - just a few steps off of main street. A BONUS was it is just a 30 second walk to a yummy coffee shop. Appreciated the opportunity to bring our little pup with us. Would stay here again.

Ski/mountain trip with my daughter and dog

It was an ok rental. Not as clean as I would have liked. For the 100 dollar pet fee, I found pet hair there from a previous animal who had stayed and my dog smelled PLENTY of smells. I had no wifi the entire trip, even with a hot spot provided which was VERY frustrating as I needed to work on this trip also.

Overall, a good experience

We had an awesome vacation! The listing said that it sleeps 6, this is true. However, the living room is tight for 6 people. Not enough seating for 6 people unless some people are sitting at the dining room table. No major complaints but we did kind of feel like we were on top of ourselves a lot. Parking was a little tight but it worked fine. The paperwork when we checked in had the wrong WiFi password so we didn't have internet the first day but the paperwork in the binder in the unit has the correct password so that was an easy fix. Overall, this was a pretty good experience and we would stay here again but I think we'd look for something with a little more room if we had the option.

Family friendly

Nice place to stay if you want to hangout with your family and play games by the fire. Beds are comfortable. Heating is something you’ll have to adjust. It works too well. Parking is limited to one truck or two small cars. If you can walk up to two miles easily you’ll never have to move your vehicle. The town is approximately one mile long with most businesses located on the main street.

Nice location, comfortable beds, NOTHING in the kitchen except salt and pepper! Carpet stained and old, hot water ran out with four people showering. Configuration of living room furniture not comfortable for gathering. Would not stay there again.

Thank you for your review and please accept my apologies for the issues you had during your stay. Addressing your first issue - due to safety issues, we do restrict all consumable items, like spices, to containers that tamper-proof. We make every effort to notify guests that they will need to stagger their showers, especially during the colder season. I will ask maintenance to stop by to check the showerhead and water heater and make any necessary adjustments. We do hope to have the opportunity to host you and your family again in our Grandview, or another property, again in the future.
