Entering the home you are greeted by the homes game room. A lounge area with a large flatscreen TV, and a card table perfect for one of the many board games provided. Just off the game room is a laundry closet with a full size washer and dryer for tenant use. There is a full size restroom in the hallway and the first bedroom with a queen bed.
Head upstairs where you will find the heart of the home with the living room featuring a knotty pine ceiling that opens up to the loft and is highlighted by the floor to ceiling windows and natural stone gas log fireplace. A mining car log holder adds a bit of whimsy to the space. Shoot a game of pool or sit back and watch your favorite shows or a movie on the smart flat screen TV.
The dining area and kitchen open up to the space so everyone can stay connected. The kitchen has beautiful granite counters, high end stainless steel appliances and custom cabinetry. A Keurig coffee machine is provided. On this level you will find two bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other has a queen bed and a twin over twin bunk. Step out onto the deck and enjoy the views and soak in the hot tub. During the summer months, you will have a view of the 4th of July fireworks from the deck and hot tub area. There is also a propane barbecue.
Upstairs is the master suite with a king size bed, full bath with a soaking tub and the loft area to site and enjoy the views with the picture windows. There is a queen size sleeper sofa in the loft area.

Do not exceed the stated occupancy at any time during your stay. The maximum number of adult occupants may be less than the total maximum occupancy. NO PARTIES ALLOWED.
No parking in street or yard
Parking is only permitted in the driveway, designated parking spaces, and garage. This includes trailers. The maximum number of vehicles permitted is on the exterior sign.
No amplified music 24/7
Amplified music is not permitted to be heard beyond the property line 24/7. Close your windows to avoid music carrying beyond the property line.
Head inside at 10:00 p.m.
Noisy outdoor activities and spa use are prohibited from 10:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.
Take trash to dumpster locations
Trash needs to be taken to a local dumpsite. Clean Bear locations:

Fines
The minimum fine for violating the rules stated previously is $500 per violation. A second offense is $1000 per violation.
Eviction
Unruly guests who blatantly disregard the rules and expectations will be evicted without a refund. In addition, costly citations may be issued to the undersigned.
